Lucie blinked, getting used to the lighting of the room she was in. This definitely wasn't the soft glow of the sun she'd fallen asleep to. "Welcome back." A masculine voice said. Lucie blinked, lips parting as disbelief wrote itself on her features. The female didn't dare looking away from the ceiling, afraid the illusion would be broken if she dared glancing the male's way. "Come on, Aconite, on your left." The male went on, gently waving. Forcing herself to exhale, the female glanced in the figure's direction, smiling when she recognized a familiar face. "So I heard you saved the world?"

"Guess so." Lucie replied. "How long was I asleep?"

"I think that past twenty four hours it's considered a coma." Alec said. "You've been out of it for at least four days." He sighed. "We all came back about a week ago. Two days later Adrian was showing up at the institute asking for our help to locate you. Apparently since you're a Solivagant now, your attunement has changed. He couldn't track you down on his own."

Lucie chuckled. "Adrian actually asking for help and choosing to work in team. The world truly has ended, huh?"

Alec rolled his eyes, half amused half frustrated with the female's carelessness over the whole ordeal. "We had to use a Shax demon to find you. Be glad Magnus could refrain it from laying eggs in you."

Lucie pulled a face. "Ew."

Alec smirked, the right corner of his lips curling up. "We found you, though. And we brought you here. Adrian remained by your side until he was called back by the Travelers."

"Whatever for?" Lucie asked, brows instantaneously creasing. "If they dare punish him..." The girl snarled, her narrowed eyes marring with ink-like golden swirls.

"That's new..." Alec said, narrowing his eyes. The female looked confused at the remark. "Your eyes... They filled with gold ink for a second."

Lucie blinked owlishly at the male. "Maybe it's part of my new powers."  She spoke, unsure, The female shook her head, sitting up. "I think I need some air. I wanna feel the sun on my skin." She said, standing up. Alec took a step toward her just in case she'd need suppory.  But Lucie easily stood on her feet, closing the distance between her and the male, grinning. "Worried about me, Alec? Awww chucks, I'm touched."

"Don't get your hopes us, Traveler." The male replied, making Lucie smile.

"Not a Traveler anymore." She pointed out.

"True. But I felt like you deserved to be acknowledged as so by me at least once. You saved the world after all. Or so I heard."

"I did do that." Lucie said, walking past him to get to the door. "Come on, let's go to the Greenhouse for a bit. Then you can tell everyone I'm awake, deal?" She asked, a certain vulnerability in her tone. "I just need to breathe for myself, just for a little while. Before the hugs and the explanations..." Alec nodded, giving the girl a small smile. "Thank you. Seriously. I'm glad it was you here." The male brought a hand to her shoulder, leading Lucie out of the room.
