23. Picking A Name

Me and Mark have been looking through baby name books for names for our twins. We want to give them names that begin with the name letter. So far we are settling on the letter M. We have several names in mind for boys and girls. For boys we have Michael, Marcus, Malachi, Mason and Myles and for girls we have Megan, Melody, Melissa, Mia and Madison but we are not sure which ones we want to use for the babies. They are all good names though. Mark and I are looking at one of the baby name books now. "Damn it's so hard picking names for your kids" he said. "Yeah I know right. So you see any new names you like" I reply. Well there's Molly and Mariah for girls and Maddox and Marshall for boys" Mark said. "Hmmm I'm not really keen on the boys names" I reply. "We both got to be keen on them" he said. We carry on looking and go back to the names we liked before. "I like Megan and Melody for girls" I say. "Yeah I do too. Nice names. I like Mason and Myles for boys" Mark said. "Yep I do too. I'm leaning more towards Melody" I say. "I like the name Melody. It sounds really sweet. Myles is a good name for a boy. I think I like it more than Mason" Mark said. "Yep me too so why not call them Melody and Myles" I say. "Yes sure. I love them and we need middle names too" he said. We looked at middle names too and decided to go for the name letter but the letter R. Melody Rose and Myles Richard Tuan our babies will be called. We finally found the perfect names for our little munchkins

His POV

Me and Y/ N still need to decide on a name for our son. We haven't really discussed names but I've been looking and I really like the name Sunwoo. It's a cool name for our son. I don't know what Y/ N likes she hasn't really said. I need to ask her. Y/ N and I are sat on the couch having a drink now. I put my arms around her and kiss her. "Hey" she smiles. "So what do you think about names?" I ask. "What did our baby?" Y/ N said. "Yes of course for our baby" I reply. "Oh right. I don't really know. I haven't really thought" she replies. "Well I have kind of" I reply. "Have you" Y/ N replies. "Well I was looking at some names we could use for him and I was thinking of Sunwoo" I say. "Yeah I like it but let's look at some other possibilities before we decide" she said. "Alright" I reply. "So Byungwook, Younghyun, Chulwoo. Ohhhh Daewon sounds nice" she said. "Nah I still like Sunwoo" I reply. "If you really like that then we can call our son Sunwoo. I know how much you can't wait to meet our son" Y/ N smiles. "Well really are you sure. What names do you like?" I reply. "Sunwoo is nice. It's fine, Youngjae. I'm sure the name will suit him" she said. "Okay as long as you like it too. You know we both have to like the name" I said. "Yes I just said I like it" she replies. "Okay sorted" I said. "Choi Sunwoo" Y/ N said. "Yep we can't wait to meet you, son" I say touching Y/ N bump. I'm so happy Y/ N and I agreed on the name Sunwoo for our son. Yessss we can't wait to meet him

Yugyeom 💛

Yugyeom and I need to choose a name for our daughter probably pretty soon. Well we don't have to but we want to. We've seen a few names that we like but we haven't picked one yet. Maybe we will soon. It's kinda hard choosing names for your baby. We want to go for something pretty, pure and also innocent as our little girl is all those things. We can't wait to meet her when she's born. I'm sat in our room on my phone when Yugyeom walks and sits beside me. "Hey, beautiful. How are you doing?" he asks. "I'm fine. Are you?" I reply. "I was just thinking about names. What about Sunhee or Sunhwa as our little girls name?" Yugyeom said. "I like those names, Yugyeom but I'm still not sure yet" I reply. "That's okay. I guess there's no rush for us to choose" he said. "Yeah that's right. We still got plenty of time before our little angel is here" I reply. "Yeah I just really like Sunhee as a name. It sounds really cute and pretty and pure as well which is what we were looking for" Yugyeom said. "Yeah I do too" I reply. "I think she's going to be like a Sunhee" he said touching my bump. "Haha what do you mean by that" I reply. "I don't know. I think she'll just look like a Sunhee when she's born" he said. "Yeah" I reply. So we agreed later on that we are going to call our daughter Sunhee. Kim Sunhee will be her name and we think it is perfect for her

Jaebeom 💚

Jaebeom and I have recently been compiling a list of names for our twins. Both boy and girl names as we don't know the genders yet. We are think of selecting two girl names if we have twin girls, two boy names if we have twin boys and a boy and a girls name if we have one of each. So then we will be sorted when they are born. "So let's review our baby name list?"
Jaebeom said. "Sure I'll get it up on my phone" I reply. We look at the list and see what names we've got. "So for girls Minjung, Minhee, Jiyeon, Jangmi, Hyeyoung and Hyunmi" I say. "For boys we have Changhoon, Chanwoo, Hosung, Hajoon, Dongjun and Dongsuk" Jaebeom says. "Hey I've just noticed that we have a pattern. The names begin with the same letters" I say. "Yes we do" he smiles. We take time and look at the list carefully and choose names. We think we've got some names. "So Minjung and Minhee for girls. Hosung and Hajoon for boys and how about Minhee and Hosung for a boy and a girl" Jaebeom said. "Yes we've got it. I can't wait to see weather it's two boys, two girls or one of each" I reply. "Yep me too. The names we don't use we can use for our other future children" he said. We have the perfect names for our babies when they come into the world
