"I, Peter, by the gift of Aslan
  By election and by conquest,
King of Narnia,
Lord of Cair Paravel
And Emperor of the
Lone Islands,
In order to prevent the abominable
Effusion of blood,
Do hereby challenge the usurper
Miraz to single combat
Unpon the field of battle. The fight
Shall be to the death. The reward shall
Be total surrender."

"Tell me Prince Edmund-" Miraz started.
"King." Edmund interrupted him.
"Uh I'm pardon me?" Miraz asked confused.
"It's King Edmund actually." He answered. "I know it's confusing. I guess Peter is High King now though as you killed my twin sister, High Queen Freya the Harmonious." Edmund stated gritting his teeth.l, causing Miraz to smirk.
"Tell me, why would we risk such a proposal when our armies can whip yours out by night fall?" Miraz questioned leaning forward.
"Haven't you already underestimated our numbers before?" The young king smirked. "I mean, only a week ago you believed the Narnians to be extinct."
"And so you will be again." Miraz claimed glaring at the boy.
"Then you should have little to fear." Edmund smirked.
Laughing, Miraz shook his head. "This is not a question of bravery."
"So you're bravely refusing to fight a swordsman half your age?" Edmund goated.
"I didn't say I refuse." Miraz glared.
"Whatever your decision, your majesty, you have our support." One man claimed.
"Sire, our military advantage alone provides the perfect excuse to avoid what might otherwise b-"
"I'm not avoiding anything!" Miraz snapped shooting up and out of his chair with his sword in hand as he glared at the man beside him.
"I was just pointing out that his majesty was well within his rights to refuse."
"His majesty would never refuse." Gerenal Glozelle spoke. "He relishes the chance to show the people the courage of their new king."
"You." Miraz glared at Edmund. "Should hope your brother's sword is sharper than his pen."

"Destrier has always served me well. You are in good hands." Caspian spoke quietly as my sisters climbed on the the beast.
"Or hooves." Lucy joked causing him to smile. I would have swooned but I couldn't stop glaring at Susan who was giving Caspian her best flirty eyes.
"Here. You might need this back." Caspian spoke pulling out Susan's horn.
"Why don't you need to hold onto it. You might need it to call me again." She smiled flirtatiously. But Caspian didn't acknowledge her attempts to seduce him. If anything he looked rather uncomfortable.
Following after my sisters I heard Lucy speaking.
"You might need to call me again? Seriously! You know him and Freya had feelings for each other. Why are you trying to flirt with him?"
"Oh shut up. It's not like they can ever be together now is it!" Susan slightly snapped.
"You are a horrible sister." I stated. "And I am ashamed to have to call you my Queen." I growled before taking off ahead them to make sure the area is cleared.

Third P.O.V

As the girls left Peter and Edmund made their way out to the old ruins just outside of the Howl. Drawing his sword Peter prepared himself to kill the monster who took his little sister's life.
As they circled one another Miraz spoke.
"There is still time to surrender."
"Well, feel free." Peter glared.
"How many more people must die for the throne? I've already taken the life of your sister Freya, was it? Perhaps I need to also kill your brother."
That was when Peter noticed that Miraz was using his sister's sword. Shouting in anger Peter chargered forward with the intent to avenge Freya's death.
If only he knew how pointless that endeavor was...

Nala's (Freya's) P.O.V

Running beside my sisters I noticed that the Tel-marines was closing in on us.
"They've spotted us!" I called. Susan quickly pulled their horse to a stop and climbing off.
"Take the reins." Susan said.
"What are you doing?" I questioned.
"You promised to protect her, now do so. Make sure she gets to Aslan. I'll hold them off ." Nodding my head, I looked to Lucy as she raced off. Quickly following after her, I didn't look back. As I was running beside my little sister a familiar feeling washed over me. The warm fuzzy feeling I had when Aslan transformed me. It was back but I didn't stop running, I could feel my body shifting and my pace slowing down to a stop as I went form all fours to two feet.
