Pinch of salt
Oil

Preparation :
Wash your potato and peel off it's back and rinse again, cut into desired shape, then add the salt and mix well, put your clean pot on fire, put your oil and allow it to heat up,!

Put in your potato into the hot oil, turn on daily basis, until a little bit brown, remove from the hot oil!

Serve hot with any other bean cake, egg, rice, etcetera!
