Boil your beans for about 20 minutes to 25,after boiling it then put it in your clean colendar, grind your pepper and onions then you put it aside, whisk your eggs depending of the amount of beans you're using for the shash then you mixed the egg together with the beans in a clean bowl, then you add your grind pepper, onions and spices in the mixture of the beans and eggs!!
Place your frying pan on fire oil in it, and some onions then you allow it to heat until the onions turn brown, then you bring your mixed ingredients you can fry it like pancakes or make them like ball and fry it, it depends on the mixture thickness!! Fry till the back turn brown!!!
