Recipe :
Rice
Butter
Meat
Onions
Scotch bonnet
Spices

Preparation:
Dice your meat & boil it till it soft then you store it in a clean bowl and keep aside,
Then you bring your rice and cook it till half done!
Slice your onions and grind your scotch bonnet and keep aside!
On your gas or any cooking stuff you have,then  you put on your cooking pot on it, then you add  your butter inside the pot until it melt, after the butter malted then you add your already sliced onions,  grind scotch bonnet  and spices (chicken seasoning, white pepper, curry powder,salt, thyme etc) inside !

You then bring your already cooked meat then add it inside the mixture! Cook it for like about 5 minutes then you add your cooked rice, turn it until it stick to your mixture,
Then reduce the gas and cook it for like about 10 or 15 min 💦

You can eat it with liver &egg sauce
