Uthman bin Affan (RA) reported:
The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said:
خَيْرُكُمْ مَنْ تَعَلَّمَ الْقُرْآنَ وَعَلَّمَهُ
" The best of you are those who learn the Quran and teach it. "
