Mexico doesn't get drunk that often and it takes a lot to get him drunk but when he is wasted he turns into this really emotional and flirty persona where everything he sees he must interact with.
He gets real sensual and if there is music he will bust out his inner hoe. Most of the time he'll get someone to dance with him, male or female, human or country, he'll accept what he can get. Usually when he is like this he usually ends up flirting and dancing with a lot of countries. The most frequent ones are France, Britain, Canada, Japan, and Ukraine.
Everyone is under his spell when he is drunk. It is quite amazing.
