Nasa mall kami ngayon ni Gabby. It was a Sunday and I was supposed to just sleep in all day pero hinatak niya ako dito kasi wala daw siyang kasama.

"You could've asked your boyfriend to accompany you." I told her. I just really wasn't in the mood to hang out. Ewan ko ba, feeling ko din ang OA ko. Maybe I just felt betrayed? One day, we were okay and the the next day, parang wala na lahat?

The worst part is I don't even know why and how that happened.

"He's busy." She said. "Tsaka ano ka ba? Give me some credit! Nag-effort ako to drag you here on a Sunday when I can just get some rest from life." She said.

"Liar. You're here to support Joaquin." I told her and she chuckled.

"Well, yeah, but for you also." Sabi niya, leaving me confused.

But before I could even say a word, we saw Jordi walking towards our direction.

"Jords! Dito!" Sabi niya habag kumakaway. She then turned to me and wiggled her eyebrows. This kid!

"Hi ate Gabs! and ate Alli..." He smiled pero halata namang awkward.

"Tara na? Hinahanap na tayo ni Alberto." -Gabs.

"You two go ahead. I'm waiting for Yans." He said.

Ah, hahaha. Okay.

When we saw Joaquin, sinermonan kagad siya ni Gabby.

"Akala ko walang Yannie today?" She asked Joaq.

"Aba malay ko. Hindi ko naman siya sinabihan. Baka si Jords." Depensa naman ni Joaquin.

"Ugh. Teka lang. I'll call for back up." She said.

"Back up?" Joaq and I asked.

"Basta. Wait kayo dito." She said then started dialing someone on her phone.

"Ano bang trip ng ate mo ha?" I asked Joaq.

He shrugged. "Alam mo namang abnormal yan madalas. Pero for a good cause naman tong ginagawa niya." He said.

"Magpinsan nga kayo. Parehas kayong masakit sa ulo intindihin." I told him but he just smiled at me.

After a while, dumating na si Jordi and Yannie na nakasabit pa yung arms sa arms ni Jords, who was looking kinda uncomfy pero that kid's probably just too nice to tell her.

Mine.

"Hey, ate! Hindi ko alam na andito ka pala?" She asked.

"Yeah, Joaq invited me." I emphasized the word invited kasi alam ko na sabit lang siya.

She ignored it and turned to Joaq. "So, what can we do here?"

Joaquin started explaining about the event but halata namang hindi nakikinig 'tong batang to. Nako. Ano ba nagustohan ni Jordi dito? Kung sakanya lang naman mapupunta si Jordi, wag na. Aakuin ko na si Jords, no chars involved.

After the event, we were supposed to go to a restaurant to eat.

"Wait lang, may hinihintay pa tayo." Gabby suddenly announced.

"Oh em gee, ate! Pupunta ba si kuya Dave?" Yannie asked na kinikilig. Can't contain your feels, girl? At sa harap pa talaga ng girlfriend???

Before Gabby could answer, someone familiar came.

"Hey." He said.

"Ramos! You came!" Gabby excitingly said. Too excited if you ask me. This kid and her schemes! Why did I not see that coming? Siya pala yung back-up eh!

"Of course. I wanted to see Veronica too." He said then smiled at me.

Si Yannie, kinilig. Si Joaquin, natawa. Si Gabby, ayun, kanina pa ngumingiti ng nakakakaba. Si Jords naman, nakakunot yung noo.

Shit. This is gonna be awkward.
