Headcanon
Phoenix and Maya share three identical keys.
1. A key to the office
2. A key to their own apartments
3. A key to each other's apartments so they can check up on each other or go over for a visit. Admittedly, Maya uses her key to Phoenix's apartment more often than not. Much to Phoenix's annoyance at points.
