Chapter 2: The Party

"Can we please add one more duo to the list?" I asked.
"Of course Jack , it's your birthday. Who will be performing?" Rebecca asked. "Jarmie and I " was my reply.

"Um...um guys, I don't think this is normal. Please come here and figure it out. " Bonnie gagged. She was backstage and I'm pretty sure that whatever she was talking about wasn't normal. We all ran backstage. It was dark and cold."Bonnie, where are you?! This is not the right time or place to play hide and seek" Rebecca yelled nervously.
"I knew that it wasn't a good idea to have a party so close to the woods." Jarmie said.
"Guys, there's a sound coming from there. Whatever it is, it doesn't sound good" Rachel said.
"It's a full moon tonight. Just saying." I said.
"The moon is almost gone. If lycanthropes are real, they would have turned to human form by now." Rachel stated. Just then, something jumped on Jarmie.

I caught it by the neck and mouth, Jack grabbed the front limbs and Rebecca caught the back ones. All of our eyes widened. Rebecca started to say "Is that-" but Jarmie cut her off. "A lycanthrope, yes it is?! and guess what, it's on me!" He was getting sarcastic(which he usually doesn't do), but we can't blame him. The was a lycanthrope on him. Just then, by luck, the moon went down. Whatever that was, it turned back to its human form. Everybody was startled. Then, I spoke "I honestly have 2 questions; Jarmie, are you okay?And stranger, are you a lycanthrope?" They both chorused "Yes"
Then the stranger spoke "Hello Rachel Amelia Piers , my name is Ryan and I am a lycanthrope."

"How in the name of lycanthrope do you know her name?" everyone but Rachel chorused. "Seriously guys, is that the only question you can think of ?" Rachel asked. "I'd rather know where Bonnie is" she continued."There is a lycanthrope who knows your full name in front of you and you have no questions!? Wow Rachel, you amaze me." Rebecca said with her eyes wide open.
Just then, Bonnie appeared. She ran to Rachel and gave her a hug."Are you okay?" I asked. She nodded."Well then, this is Ryan and he is a lycanthrope who knows my full name. Do I have the right to know where you were?"
She nodded again and spoke "I heard a someone crying out for help and I went in that direction. Then I met what might be a vampire and-" Rachel cut her off "-You met a vampire?! Did it try to bite you? I knew I should've start putting vervain and wolfsbane in-" then she cut me off "No, it said your full name and asked me where you are."

Then Rebecca spoke "What is it with supernatural creatures knowing your name?"
"I wish I knew" I replied. Ryan the lycanthrope spoke (I am not used to using the terms vampire and lycanthrope for people) "You know, I can explain it if you let me."
Then a voice spoke from behind us "I think I would like to help in explaning too. Sorry, I didn't mean to statle you. I am Jake, and I am a vampire. Pleasure to meet you in person, Rachel Amelia Piers."
For some reason, I had a strange urge to know the time. So I looked at my watch. 00:00 (a.m.) and I said "Happy birthday Jack."
