He opened the app once again, and looked at the names in the current chatroom. Her name was missing. He debated on joining the chatroom or not. The only reason he logged into the messenger was in the hopes she would be there.

He stared blankly at the phone. He could try to call her. Was it the right time? He barely knew anything about her beyond her username. Why was he spending so much time thinking of a girl he just met online. A strange girl at that. Maybe that was what made her so interesting.

He pulled up the last text message she sent him. The message was a simple sentence. A sentence that he had read so many times that he could repeat it in his sleep, yet he smiled when he read it again.

He rechecked the names in the current chatroom. A smile crossed his lips when he saw that she had logged in. He wished the room was empty besides her, but everyone looked to have logged in tonight. He planned to stay in that chatroom as long as she was there. Maybe he could learn something else about her.

He tapped on the chatroom, and in seconds he was surrounded by all the RFA members. He did his best to engage with her. He hoped he was coming off in the best light. All the other members seemed to be bidding for her attention as well. Were they just curious or interested in her? Did she seem more interested in one member over the others? Should he worry about competition?

With regret, he watched as she left the chatroom. Not wishing to stay any longer, he left as well, making up a lame excuse. He sent her a quick message about something that was said in the chatroom and waited for her reply. He smiled as a new reply appeared. It was another simple sentence. He read it over and over, memorizing it. Maybe next time he would call her instead.
