Izuku POV.
Goddammit! Is all I thought as I watched Kirito fight Heathcliff. I want to get in there and stop them. Kirito is like the brother I never had. He has been there for me and helped through tough times while playing this death game. If I wasn't weak I could help him. If I wasn't a coward I could help him. If I wasn't useless I could help him!!!
At that moment I looked back at their fight, only to see Asuna run up and try to block Heathcliff's attack from hitting Kirito. All of a sudden I felt something rush through me, and I was instantly running towards them. In a flash I pushed both Asuna and Kirito out of the way and took Heathcliff's attack.
I watched as my heath bar was slowly dropping to the red. I looked over at Kirito, Asuna, and everyone else who had a look of shock on their faces. My heath bar was now in the red so I decided to say what was on my mind before I left.
"Kirito...you've got to keep on living to save everyone here"
At this point I was crying trying to get my final words out.
"I love you like you were my brother, and Im happy that in the end my life amounts to something...
Goodbye, Kirito"
I gave a shy smile before my heath ran out. All I could see were the words You Are Dead. Then everything went black. For some reason I was still conscious. I felt like I was spiraling then with a Thud I fell on something. I tried opening my eyes and I saw what I could make out as a destroyed building and burry people then I passed out.
Midnight's POV.
We were fighting a villain with a wormhole quirk. He was causing lots of destruction and giving a bunch of Pros a hard time. The villain created a wormhole to try and cause more destruction but a person fell out of it. We weren't sure whether it was another villain that the previous one summoned, but by the look of absolute shock on his face we could tell that, that wasn't the case. While the villain was distracted we were able to apprehend him.
After we had the villain in custody we all turned our attention to the person who fell out of the wormhole, and were shocked that the guy had a gash running down his chest. We called an ambulance and it took the person to a hospital.
Three days later: Izuku POV.
(A/N. I just wanted to say that Izuku's SAO avatars name was Zen so yeah)
I slowly opened my eyes and was instantly blinded by a bright light. When my eyes finally adjusted I saw that I was in a white room surrounded by equipment, and I guessed that I was in a hospital room. I quickly went to take the nerve gear off my head but when I went to grab it, it wasn't there. I was confused at first but I figured that the doctors took it off for me.
I got up to look at my body, figuring that I would be super skinny because of being trapped in the game with no way to eat, but when I looked in the body sized mirror I was nothing but surprised. I was taller than I usually was (about 6,2) and I had lost all the baby fat in my face. I took off my hospital gown and was even more surprised. I had a freakin 6 pack and extremely toned muscles. I was really absorbed in looking at my body, then I noticed the big scar that stretched from my right shoulder blade across to the bottom left of my abdomen. The same place Heathcliff's sword had hit me.
At this point I was very confused until a doctor came in.
Time skip two days
I had learned a lot in the past two days. One being that I'm not in my old world anymore. Back when Sao finished it was somewhere around 2026, but in this world its 2174. In this world there are things called quirks which are basically supernatural powers that are inherited and show up in children when they turn 4.
What's even more interesting is the fact that I'm in my SAO avatars body. I noticed this for a fact when I saw my heath bar where it was in SAO. I moved my right hand up and swiped it down as a test, and i found out that I still can summon my characters player menu. I have all the stats and items that i earned from SAO.
In SAO my body was the same weak and small stature that it was in real life, because that was how SAO was made to be. But when I awoke in this hospital I was much taller and had well defined muscles. I figured that this was because my avatars stats applied themselves directly to my 'new' body.
At first I was extremely confused and thought that it was impossible that I was alive, and it was the year FREAKING 2174!!! But when I asked how I was found, they told me about the villain with the wormhole quirk. That's when I figured that by some random chance, when I died, I was transported to this world through a wormhole.
On the third day of my administration to this hospital I was visited by a detective with a lie detector quirk named Tsukauchi, a small skinny blonde man named Toshinori Yagi, and a small bear-mouse-dog thing named Nezu.
They questioned me and I told them everything. I started with how I'm from another world, and the detectives quirk revealed that I was telling the truth. I then proceeded to tell them about SAO and my experience in SAO. (Im not gonna reveal anything about his experience in SAO just yet. Im gonna spread different parts of his experience throughout the story because I like giving suspense.) By the end of my story, I was crying tears of sadness, anger, and regret. To say that they were all not shocked and sadden by my story would be false.
After the whole ordeal with the detective, I was asked what I wanted to do with my new life here. I responded with, "I want save people so that they never suffer the pain that I went through". Nezu was pleased with this and offered me a spot in his school's hero course. He would put me in the dorms and it would help me learn all the schooling that I missed. I gladly took his offer.
I had to register my name and age (16). So for my first name I choose my avatars name, Zen. But for my last name I didn't know what to choose, so I thought about it for a while till I finally choose Yang.
So after registering myself, I had to wait till I was discharged from the hospital till I was able to go to U.A, the most prestigious Hero school in Japan. And to say I was exited for my new life would be an understatement. But that will be saved for the new chapter.
