LIFE IS FULL OF SUPRISE 2

 Bela Summer pov: 

Getting up quickly and getting ready...I went to the company. Soon I got a call from mom

"Hey mom, how are you" It's been 2 days since I called her.

"Bela, we are fine. How are you? You didn't call us" I can sense the sadness in her voice. 

"I'm sorry mom, I was really busy..there were so many meetings" 

"Oh, it's ok but eat on time too okay?" She said seriously. Mom never ever fails to support us. They always know what is best for us.

"Of course mom will do" I chuckled...one day I didn't eat, I was really busy working on one project. She literally dragged me out of my office and fed me food.

"Hmm, well anything interesting in these days?" She and dad understand me so well. 

"Well, I met my childhood friend mom, remember Mahir? the one I hate the most...well we met in a meeting which was held yesterday.. he is still the same mom. He didn't change..he even asked me a date but I rejected but we are going out as friends today in the evening for dinner or something like that" 

"Wow..that's nice..well you can invite him to dinner someday?" She asked me.  Meeting him after 10 years...it's different.
We were not even friends in childhood.

"Mom, you know I hate him they why bother?"

"I know, I know but you both changed..it's been a long time who knows you both will fall in love?? " What a joke

"Mom....are you serious?" I can't believe my mom said that.

"Meet and talk okay? Leave about the past, who knows maybe he is the one for you? Just give him a chance"

"Will do mom," I said

"ok then I will talk to you later..your dad wants something" 

"Bye mom, say dad that I'm sorry for not calling him"

"Love you, Bela, dad does too," She said and hung up. I love you both too...Sighing I continued my work again. 

I have to talk to Mahir about the contract which we have to make it. This is the biggest project for me until now. Hope we will make it good... Yesterday I have checked Mahir's profile..and trust me he is best in dealing with projects. He never failed...He was very passionate about it.

"Hello, babe, earth from your thoughts" Startled by the sudden voice I looked up to see who is that..guess what it's non-other than Mahir.

"God! You scared me Mahir" I said while placing my hand on my chest. Wait! Did he call me babe?

"Wait did you call me baby?"

"Yeah I called you baby, That was not my intention- to scare you..and what were you thinking? About me?" He smiled and sat opposite to me.

"About you? That will be the last thing I will be thinking off" I lied. He looked at me for a while but shrugged it.
