I had got out of Alex's car after our date and we walked to my door. "I had a really good time. Thank you for dinner." I said, leaning with my back against the door.
"Me too, I'd love to take you out again."
"That'd be nice." I smiled, my eyes flickering down to his lips.
"I'll text you later. Goodnight Phoebe." he smiled and slowly leaned in, cupping my face in his hands. As I looked up at him, his lips met mine. It was a soft and quick kiss, but still the best kiss I've ever had. As Alex pulled away, my face was red.
"Goodnight Alex." was all I could say. I smiled as I watched him walk to his car before going into my place.
