Morning rolled around and everyone was at the cafeteria, eating, chatting. You could feel the hope springing from them from a mile away. The Symbols of Hope were all working on a plan to get out of that disgusting shit-hole.

Then, Kaede noticed that something was off. "Hey, guys. Have you noticed that Kokichi's missing?" she asked, in a slightly concerned tone.

"So what?" Kaito asked with a slight snarl, "Kid's been giving us problems. We'll solve this issue quicker without 'im."

Kaede sighed. "But, yesterday," Kaede started. "I know it's probably fake, but what if it isn't? Something could've happened to him, y'know? I'm just worried." "I'll go check on him if that's what you truly wish," Kirumi said, while slowly opening the door. Everyone nodded, Kirumi was the mother figure, so it seemed to be fine.

Kirumi found herself in front of Kokichi's dorm door. Her heart was pounding, like a person being chased by a serial killer frantically knocking on doors to receive help. She found that she was actually worried about Kokichi's well-being.

She knocked three times on the purple-haired boy's door. No answer. Now she was even more worried. She knocked three times on the door. No answer. She started trying to turn the knob, hoping it was unlocked. It wasn't. She heard the door slowly unlatch.

On the other side of the door she saw the boy that she was oh-so-concerned-about.

"O-Ouma! You're okay! Sorry, I was actually worried," Kirumi said, putting her hand to her chest. "S-sorry for making you worry, Tojo-san. I-is there s-something you needed?" Kokichi responded, making sure the door was still covering most of his body. "Everyone was just concerned about you. Please join us for breakfast, if you can," Kirumi said, her composure completely regained. "A-ah! Yes, s-sorry. I f-f-forgot," Kokichi said, opening the door.

He was wearing what he usually wore, but he was hunched over, scratching his arm. He looked like he was scared of something, or someone.

Kokichi hid behind Kirumi as she led him to the cafeteria. He was clinging onto her dress.

"Ouma?" Kirumi asked, "Are you okay? You don't seem like yourself today." Ouma's face turned into a glare. "I-I'm different?" Kokichi stammered. Kirumi nodded. "Normally, you'd be prancing around, trying to annoy as many people as you can." Kokichi nodded. "I-I s-see."

Then, they found themselves in front of the cafeteria. Before they went in Kirumi pushed Kokichi in front of herself and they went in together.

As soon as they went in everyone looked over. Kokichi's face grew scared as he ran behind Kirumi, like a child running from his distant relatives at a famoly reunion.

Kirumi say Kokichi at the table where everyone was chatting while she was making their breakfast. As he sat there, hiding his face in his scarf, everyone sat there, staring at him silently. The silence was excruciatingly awkward.

Then someone spoke up. "Where've you been?" Kaito asked, crossing his arms along with a snarl. Kokichi jumped. "S-sorry, I wasn't r-really planning on g-going to b-breakfast today," the purple-haired boy in question responded, digging his face back into his scarf. Let's just say that the way he responded shocked everyone.

"What's with the stutter, you cumstain?" Miu asked, pointing straight at Kokichi. "A-ah! I-I'm sorry. I'll try n-not to." Somehow this answer pissed off some people. "You best stop this dumb prank right now, Kokichi," Maki said, a glare in her red eyes. "P-pr-prank? I'm not j-joking!" Kokichi responded, almost crying.

Shuichi wandered over to Kokichi to comfort him. As Shuichi moved his hand over to Kokichi's shoulder, Kokichi fell out of his chair. "G-get away from m-me! I-I told you t-to stay away!" Kokichi said loudly, not yet a scream. "K-Kokichi? Are you alright?" Shuichi asked, putting his hand out for the shorter boy to grab.

The boy sat up, you could see the tears strolling down his face. "Y-yes. Now, please don't touch me." By then, Kirumi walked back to the table with Kokichi's breakfast. The boy quickly grabbed his plate of bacon and eggs and sprinted towards his dorm room.

"What was that about?" Himiko tiredly asked. "Atua says that the Memory Gun actually worked!" Angie responded, putting her hands together in a praying position. "How dare that degenerate male tell the only person who cares about him to not touch him!" Tenko added on. Kirumi sighed. "If you wish someone to check on him. I will do so," the maid said. "Thanks, Kirumi-chan," Kaede said, "but I'm actually worried. Why would he tell Shuichi of all people to not touch him?" "I'll tell ya' why!" Kaito crudely said, "That little rat has something he's hidin'!"

Kokichi Ouma, the Ultimate Supreme Leader, could he be hiding something? No... right?
