I went to my suite. Grabe. It was a tiring day. Bukas, Friday, will be my first day as a Campus Crush. I wonder how life would be.

KRIIIINNNGGGG!!!

"Hello?" -Me

"Ella!"

"Oh hi Jake! You've called."

"Yeah. I just want to check you out. Bukas na yung first day mo as a Campus Crush, right?"

"Oo nga eh."

"So how do you feel?"

"Excited? At the same time, a little bit nervous."

"There's no need to worry Ella. Andito naman ako para gabayan ka eh."

"Thanks. Uhmmm... by the way, my dad's inviting you to the party on Saturday night. Pwede ka bang pumunta?"

"Uhmmm... I don't know eh. I can't promise you that I can go. But I'll try."

"Oh. Okay. Bye."

"Bye."

Saturday afternoon.

KRRRRIIIIIINNNNGGGG!!!!

"Hello?"

"Ella, I'm sorry but I can't make it tonight."

"Oh really? Why?"

"My dad needs me in the company tonight. New investors."

"Oh okay."

"I really want to go but...

*yellings in background*

WAIT A MINUTE! IM ON THE PHONE!... Ooops, sorry Ella. Well I gotta go. Bye."

*Call dropped*

Sigh.

How sad.

He can't make it tonight.

Well, life goes on.

4:30 PM

Nagshower na ko. Then pumili ng damit. Hmmm... Ano kaya magandang isuot ngayon?

Black dress with pink ribbon?

Light brown na dress?

AHA! Just fine. A blue-green dress with black laces on the chest part. So cute.

KNOCK! KNOCK!

"Come in!"

" Comme elle est belle ma fille est!" (How beautiful my daughter is!)

"Oh. Maman! Merci!" (Oh Mum! Thank you!)

"I think it's time to go now."

"Yes mum."

"You're so beautiful. See you downstairs darling."

"Bien!" (OK)

"Good evening Ma'am" -Isa sa mga crew.

Kararating lang namin ngayon sa Manila Hotel para dun sa party. Actually, kaunti lang ang naimbita ko. Yung Campus Crushes lang at Campus Hearthrobs except si Jake. Andito rin si Ms. Cynthia, Sir Jake at Mrs. San Apostol. Inimbitahan ko na rin si Ms. Halasan. Tapos yung iba business partners na ni Dad.

"Ms. Ella, your Dad wishes to see you."

"Uhmm.. okay."

At sumunod na ko sa kanya papunta kay Dad.

"Are you ready darling?"

"Yes Dad."

"Did all your guests came?"

"All of them made it but not for Jake. He said he's needed by his dad on their business."

"Oh I see. Anyway, during the introduction we'll walk together okay?"

"With Mum? Okay."

"With your Mom."

Tapos dumating si Ms. Eunise, ang executive secretary ni Dad dito sa Manila.

"Sir, we need to start the party now."

"Anytime."

And with that, the party started.

"Ladies and gentlemen, please all welcome Mr. Jerrick Watson with wife Mrs. Elsa and daughter Ms. Ella!"

Palakpakan sila habang bumababa kami ng hagdanan. Lahat sila naka-smile. Kaya ngumiti na rin ako. Ayoko namang maging suplada no.

"Hi Ella! You look so great tonight."

"Eleanor! Thanks ah. Ikaw rin naman eh. Gorgeous as always."

"Haha. It's good to know na magka-partner pala sa business ang parents natin no."

"Oo nga eh. We're classmates. We're Campus Crushes and magkasosyo pa sa negosyo parents natin."

"It's like fate has found us."

With that, we both laughed, chatted and had fun. Eleanor - added to friend list.

The party ended at 10pm. We all had fun. At least, I managed to have fun even without Jake. Thanks to Eleanor.
