Percabeth Scare

Annabeth had her head bent down over her work, when she heard a frantic cry. She looked up shocked, only to see Percy looking terrified, yelling at her through the Iris Message, "Annabeth help, Chole...a...monster..." There was a splash and the connection was broken. Annabeth didn't waste time thinking, Percy sounded troubled and her baby, oh her poor little baby was with him!

She stormed through the building and down the road, the only thing on her mind her baby and husband. She burst into the apartment (which was only a short walk down the street), with her steely gray eyes flashing furiously. "Where's the monster!" But instead of a raging monster preparing to eat her loved ones she saw what looked like a bombsite. Peering into the other rooms she saw the same thing, mess, chaos, but no monster. When she reached the nursery, she saw Percy with a sleeping Chole in his arms. Seeing her livid face he whispered a tentative "Hi?"

Annabeth had brief moment of relief before it was replaced with barely contained anger. She guessed what had happened, Chole had come into her demigod powers and Percy didn't know what to do, so he called her pretending there was a monster so that she would come straight away, giving her the scare of her life.

"PERSEUS CHASE-JACKSON, YOU ARE GOING TO GET IT!!!!!!"
