Who Am I?

It all started when I woke up with a man standing over me saying, "Hey kid!! Are you okay?"  I felt dizzy, I looked around and saw busy streets and huge skyscrapers.  Then I heard that man again, "hey, are you okay?"

  " Where ...where am I?"

The man then said, " Your in downtown New York."

"Do you know how I got here?"

"No kid I just found you on the street, but now that I know you're okay i'm leaving now." As the man scurried off into the busy streets, I then just realized how big of a place in i'm. As I lay there on the cold pavement with snow falling onto my rosy cheeks, I saw someone staring right at me. He was about my hight 5'8, and had an olive complexion. He was wearing tan khaki pants and a tight dress shirt with a long leather jacket over that. He then walked over to me and said, "Come with me." Before I had any time to respond he grabbed my hand and we made our way through the streets. After walking for what seemed like a mile we finally stop and the strange man calls a taxi. He shoves me in violently and speaks in a language I've never heard before. As soon as the strange man shut the door the taxi raced off. The taxi driver says, "Where to?"

"Garrattsville, Vermont!"

"I can't take you scum bags that far!!! Ill drive you as far as I can then your on your own, hahahaha good luck getting to Vermont." He continued driving with a hysterical laugh he just continued.

After we got out of the big city, everything got so blan. All that was around was trees and big rivers. We continued down the same street and then all the sudden we skid to a stop. The man who I've decided to call  Gabe, hands the man the amount we owe then we get out. As soon as we shut the door he does a quick U-turn and disappears down the road. As soon as I turn back around Gabe has already started walking down the other way. We continue down the road for miles upon miles until there's nothing around.

It's getting dark and we finally stop. The man sets down his briefcase and opens it, all of a sudden a large amount of technology pops out. All types of monitors computers and other types of gadgets. He reaches inside and pulls out a mounted keyboard and starts typing in something, they look like coordinates but I can't tell. I watch him type for a few more minutes and then he just stops. I hear a big crash and he starts packing up his briefcase and reaches into his coat and pulls out a rifle and a longsword. He throws the sword to me and says, "Get ready for battle, you are very wanted. So, better get used to it." He then mumbled something I can't make out, then a fleet of cars start coming from all around us. My heart started pounding and I froze. I heard Gabe yelling something but I didn't care I couldn't move. Then I snapped out of it, Gabe was shaking me and then I saw a missle flying right at us. I pushed Gabe out of the way and I had no time to do anything about myself. I took one step and the missle hit right next to me. This is the moment where I thought I would die but I didn't. After it hit it sent me flying through the air and I landed on my feet. I looked down at myself and saw that I was uninjured. I then gripped my sword, my knuckles white I charged at them.

They were firing missiles at me, and I dodged every single one. I thought this was impossible. I took a quick look back at gabe and saw that he was slowly getting up. My adrenaline was pumping and I knew I had to do something. I charged at the men in the dark cars, with my sword in hand. I jumped on the car closest to be and slices their heads off. I kept runing and I tried to kill as many as possible. I keep thinking that Gabe typed in those coordinates so they could kill me. Then again why would he give me a sword to fight back with.

I continued fighting giving it all I had, then another fleet of cars showed up, only this time they weren't black. Then men jumped out of those cars and started attacking the people who were shooting at me. We were fighting together. Then out of the corner of my eye I saw Gabe get hit with a bullet. I rushed over to him as fast as I could. I'm much faster than humans. I kept thinking to myself, who am I?

When I got to Gabe he was bleeding badly. I put my hands over his wound and felt an icy feeling run through my body to my fingers and into Gabe. As my hand pressed over his wounds I saw the bullet hole start to close. I started freaking out and started crawling away. As soon as my hand left his wound, it started to open again. I slowly went back to him and placed my hand over his reopened wound. Like before I felt an icy feeling run through my body through my fingers and into Gabe. The wound started healing again, and when it was completely healed, the only reminisce of the wound was the small hole in his jacket.
