The puppeteer - Swallowed

"M-mas.. Ngh unc-uncle don't l-leave me.. P-please!.. "

His only eye blurred with tears..

.. Please wait for me..

.. Please look at me..

"W-william I'm.. I'm s-sorry! Please.. Come b-back" his hand reach to the air.. The door to his room is so far away.. He saw William went inside and shut the door.

Zylen wailed.

.. William.. William..

He dragged himself to the door and knock it with no more strength to go on..

"W-william.. Uncle.. Forgive m-me.. Open th-the door.. Please!"

"Please.. Uncle.. "

.. He's my family..

.. William.. Is all I have..

.. I have nothing anymore..

"Please William!" He wailed harder

.. Forgive me.. Please forgive me..

He gripped his chest and keep knocking. Wailing.. Begging..

Then he felt it.. The dark atmosphere

If he don't hurry up the voices will come again

"William!! Un-cle! Please h-help me"

And here they come

"Come join us'

"You belong here.. Zylen"

He turn to his back In shock to see no one in this dark messy space.. No one is there.. Zylen started hyperventilating. He's scared.. So scared

"No.. S-stop.. Ple.. ase.. Please go away" he begged.

"We will kill you"

"Arrghhh!" Zylen screamed. "Go a-away! Leave me! William h-help me!" He lean to the door kicking the air for whatever trying to reach him. "Please uncle!!"

..Stop! .. Please don't kill me! .. Please save me William!!..

"You did not belong anywhere you go!! Everyone hates you, fucking slut!!!! "

"This world don't have any space for a monster like you!!! "

"Go away!! Argh! Uncle p-please!! Arghh!!!!"

In a brink of his sanity.. Zylen was forced to live between the living and the death.. He heard what should never be heard.. He saw things others won't see.. He was left there in the middle of hope and suffering. The hope of safety which lies behind this very door if it were opened. But it remain locked

.. And the deaths welcomes him to his suffering.

.. He had stained his hand with too many bloods.. The guilt already sealed him ever since his first friend, El was killed.. And he blamed himself for everything..

But he was wrong..

To remain living and what awaits behind the door is his sufferings.. While the death is his safety.. Which is why death welcomed him..

Welcomed him to the end of his sufferings.. Welcomed him in his dying state.. Zylen could have died so many times.. He was kicked, punched, slammed to the wall and floors, thrown down the stairs, tortured, shot, stabbed, starved, drowned, crushed by hammer, impaled.. Lost his fingers.. Lost his eye.. Lost so much blood.. Passed out Everytime.. He thought he was dead whenever he lost his consciousness.. He was so close to death.. And the door for his soul to leave his body has been wide opened for so many years

.. Yet he is still there.. Living in his dying state.. Happened to be able to survive.. To be able to take so much more everytime he felt he can't go on anymore.. He want it to be over.. Yet his soul refused to leave

Where has it gone wrong?

.. Everything was well with William.. He remember how William kiss him.. How he hugged him.. How he softly whispered words of love to him.. And how he laugh when William tickled him..

If he did not choose to safe Emily.. His master won't felt so betrayed.. So fooled when he said he loved him..If he obey him to kill her.. William would love him and never treated him like a slave anymore.. He will be his lover

.. He choose to safe her.. To be so confused, blinded for love and guilt he had for knowing Isaac..

.. Choosing to be human.. Instead of monster.. He defy his master.. He was outside with Emily.. But Emily who was blinded for her love for Isaac.. Went back to the house to get a precious memory of her with him.. Zylen who was blinded as well.. Scared.. Confused when he wake up to find her missing went back to find her.. At the price of his own freedom.. At the price of his own life instead of turning to freedom that awaits him.. They were both lost souls who was desperate for love.. Unable to leave the past behind..

He had the chance to escape his dark world not only once.. But twice.. Yet he let those chances slipped away in the name of love..
