That crown's the Persona Crown, whoever is the artist's current persona wears it. Right now, Dolly is wearing it (it can become invisible, so she chooses to make it invisible.) Yep, there's both a redrawn version (still counts as the old version) and an evolved version (new version) of the same character in that drawing (first one on this chapter). This won't be the last time you see both redrawn/revamped and evolved versions of characters.
