Since a majority of the people in the world have access to the internet, this makes the subject a force to be reckoned with and the third most dangerous entity in the facility. It must be kept under watch at all times since it can travel around with ease, possess cars and other vehicles, and has the power to replicate itself into reality and electrocute it victims with a powerful shock.
