You think you know someone so long, you begin to trust them. They become your friend, someone who really listens. Then you discover a horrible truth about them. They are the one true enemy you have been looking for so long. Where do I even begin to explain.
"You know of the Dark Side?!"
"Anakin. To learn something you must learn both sides including the dark side. Not just the narrow point of view of the Jedi." Said the Chancellor.
"Are you the Sith Lord?!" I ask angrily yet betrayed.
"Yes." He responds
"I'm turning you into the council."
"Of course you should but you're not sure of their intentions are you?" He says rather calmly
"It doesn't matter."
"If I die you may not be able to save your dying wife. Just remember this. I have a power greater than you could possibly imagine."
"Those are just words. You have neen manipulating me this whole time."
"No. But you must know that I am the apprentice of Darth Plagueis the Wise. Which means all of his power is just in grasp."
"But you already know the Jedi are corrupt. Why do you insist staying a pawn in their game of chess?"
*I draw my lightsaber*
"I'm turning you in."
"Make your decision and fast. Before it's too late for you're wife."
*I close my lightsaber*
*and run to my speeder.*
Jedi Temple, Corasaunt:
*I jump out of my speeder*
I need to find someone who can take down this Sith Lord. I just hope that I'm doing the right thing.
*I see Master Mace Windu*
"Master Windu!" I shout across the hall
Just remembering The Chancellor's words are like a needle in the eye. Knowing that he might be right.
"Skywalker?" Asks Master Windy
"I have pertinent information concerning the Chancellor." I tell him
"What did you discover?" He asks
"Chancellor Palpitine is the Sith Lord we've been looking for 13 years and more." I conclude
"Are you sure?" He asks
"I'm certain. He talks of the Dark side and ways to use it. He's still in his office."
"Okay. Anakin stay in the council room while I gather up a few Jedi Masters to help me deal with this menace." He says
"Don't you need me to come with you?" I ask
"No. Stay here. We have this handled."
*I watch him leave with Masters Kit Fisto, Sasee Tin, And Agen Kolar*
I think I would've been helpful. I'll judy stay here for now. And if I change my mind I will go.
*enters the council chambers and sits*
*looks out the window longingly*
