Ben's POV:

The last of my world came crumbling down around me. My ray of light was gone. Losing my child had been too much for me as is, almost pushing me over the edge. The only way I have been pushing thought it so far was by tricking myself into believing it was just another horrible nightmare that could never be true. It was though...it was all of it was true...Finn just broke the facade I tricked myself into believing. This is a living nightmare I now had to face as true. Then learning I was losing Rey on top of that left me in suffocating darkness. "I failed her...how could I have let this happen?" I screamed thinking out loud. "Ben, you haven't failed her, at least not yet. I got close enough to her the other day to feel that there is still a conflict going on inside of her. Almost like she is trapped inside herself and can't get out." I know Finn is doing his best to comfort me but I didn't want his comfort. I just wanted Rey's. "If we get that bracelet off our bond wouldn't be blocked anymore," I state. "Yeah but that's not going to help unless we can un-brainwash her," Finn explains and he does have a point as much as I hate to admit it. I stand up and start pacing the room. I remember part of the Gray Jedi Code.

'Knowledge fades without the strength to act'

"I might be taking part of the Gray Jedi Code a little too literally but I got an idea."

Finn and I started coming up with ideas for a permanent hiding spot for me and our next steps are. We hear people walking down the hall, I know if I get caught Poe would certainly have me killed. We go silent and wait for them to pass.

Rey's POV:

A small scream of pain escapes my lips as I place my left hand on my head. I receive a vision of a man, I do not know holding me and to tell me everything is going to be okay. "Rey, what is it dear?" Seth asks, sounding more worried than normal. "Nothing, just a migraine," I lie as sense something familiar nearby. I turned around to go back into the hallway and ended up facing a door to an unknown room. I receive another vision of the man I, we fight side by side against the First Order. I place a hand on the door. "Ben?" I barely whisper not even knowing where the name came from. "Darling let me give you some more medication, it might help with your migraine," Seth half asks half demands. I nod in agreement as the pain in my head intensifies.

Ben's POV:

'DON'T LET HIM DO IT REY!' I try with all my might to push into her mind but I am blocked out. I am forced to watch this maniac press a needle in the nape of her neck through the one-way glass at the top of the door. Tears yet again escape my eyes as I watch her whole domineer change before me. "Let's go practice so we can ultimately kill these Rebel scum later." She says with an evil snarl as her eyes turn yellow. She plants a kiss on the man's cheek in a thankful manner and walks away with his hand in hers. I didn't know my heart could break even more than it already was, all I can do is just try to remind myself she isn't herself right now.
