"What?!" She yelled out before standing from the couch.

"Yeah." I said as I sighed.

"Can't you stay here?" I shook my head because even though I haven't asked him, i know what his answer would be.

"He's not gonna allow me to stay in the house by myself for that long babe."

"How long are you talking about?" She looked at me with an unreadable expression at first but I noticed it to be just concern. I swallowed hard before answering her question.

"He claims it's gonna be for a year..."

"A year?!"

"Babe..." I started but Emily cut me off.

"No! You can't leave. There has to be a way to work something out so that you don't have to."

"I tried Emily."

"How about if you stay here with us?" I thought about it for a minute. That might work.

"I'll ask him tonight." She nodded her head.

"Okay, you have to let me know what he says right after okay?"

"I will. I promise." I said as I got up from the couch and walked over to her and held her face between my hands. She sighed and looked at me. I could tell that she was trying hard not to cry. "It's okay babe. She shook her head and grabbed my hands.

"It's not Als. How am I gonna be apart from you for an entire year?"

"Let's just see what my dad says about moving in with you before we decide things okay?" She nodded her head and pulled me closer to her and wrapped her arms around me. At that moment I didn't care that she was sweaty from her work-out. I just wanted to stand there forever, in her arms. I wrapped my arms around her tightly and pressed my ear against her chest. After about five minutes she pulled away and looked down at me before she leaned down and kissed me.

"No matter what, I love you Ali." I smiled.

"I know and I love you. I said as I looked up at her. "We really need to shower. I said as I made a disgusted facial expression. She laughed a little before she hugged me again.

"Let's go shower, then we can go get coffee. I really need some caffeine." I smiled a little before taking her hand in mine as we walked out of the garage. As soon as we walked into her room she took her shirt off. I stopped in my tracks and just stared at her. I will never get tired of watching her undress. "Come on, babe." Her voice snapped me back to reality and I noticed she was standing in the bathrom's doorway with a smile on her face, obviously amused that she caught me staring. That smile changed when I took my shirt off and walked over to her. She licked her lips and then picked me up and carried me into the bathroom.

ONE HOUR LATER

I couldn't help but smile at Emily as she opened the door to The Brew for me. We walked up to the counter hand in hand.

"Hello I'm Maya, what can I get for you today?"

"What happened to Ashley?" I asked.

"I believe she had to go out of town for awhile." Maya answered.

"Awe that's too bad. She was my favorite." Emily said as she looked up at the menu. Maya looked over at her and smiled a little while her eyes roamed over MY Emily.

"Well maybe I can become your favorite." She said with a flirty tone. I narrowed my eyes at her.

"What the hell do you mean by that?" I spoke up and I felt Emily's hand on my back.
