café operations!

hello, i'm ac, owner of à la flower. thank you for visiting my café!

like any other establishment, common courtesy must be followed so that there is no disruption between the customers and café, which i will be explaining to you shortly. i will also be going through how to order as well as how to pay since it's particularly. . .different here. please make sure to take note of especially the bolded text throughout my explanation!

i 〕served with kindness
one of the café's core values is kindness, as we treat our customers with smiles as bright as the flowers we serve. i expect for said customers to return the favor by not being afraid to compliment the staff and respect other customers.

ii 〕occupied seats
it doesn't make sense to feed someone when they're not there, yes? hence, books must already be published in order to have covers. it will also help me know if you are actually using my covers.

iii 〕freshness date
please use the covers for at least a week (seven days)! it's nice to see my covers being used, even if it's only for a week.

iv 〕order up!
batches will be separated into days, in which each day will have up to six orders. you can only order once per day, and that order can have up to ten books. if you have more than ten books, you will have to order the rest of your books on another day.

v 〕café-hopping
unless you have a cloning ability, there's no way you can be at two cafés at once! please do not request at another graphic shop at the same time you request here. both this café as well as most other shops do not tolerate this!

vi 〕redo policy
orders will get only one redo since i'm a very busy person, sorry! i will only make expectations of this rule if i really fucked up your order!

vii 〕right to refuse service
if one of the above rules is broken, i will ignore any future orders made. i will also cancel orders that i am unable to make, though it will probably never happen (but who knows).
