Erasure poetry is individual words pulled from an extract or a text to make a poem. The unused words are blacked out with drawings or lines, or simply a black marker. This is why it is also known as 'blackout poetry'.
These words were pulled from Frankenstein, using a geometric layout with flowers and patterns to decorate.
