Chapter 1

Izuku's pov:

On my way to school I arrived at the scene of an villain incindent. A giant villain stole someones bag and got himself cornered. At last that was what the other people at the scene said. I pushed myself through the crowd for a better view and began scribbling down notes. In front of me I saw a wooden man fight the giant villain.

"It's Kamui Woods. This is gonna be good. He may be new but he makes a big name for himself." Besides me an old man spoke up, "Look at that dopey grin. I know what you are... a fanboy!" "Sort of..." I responded while looking to the ground.

Meanwhile Kamui Woods still fought the villain. "Assault, robbery and illegal use of a power during rush hour traffic. You are the incarnation of evil." he said and prepared his special move. "Canyon Canon!!!" A giant lady interfered and kicked the villain with her giant foot taking his credits. "Hi there everyone I'm Mount Lady. Today is my debut and it is a pleasure to make a ass-quaintance." She winked. I wrote all my newly found information and analysis in my notebook muttering in the process. "What's that, fanboy.", the old man said, "You're taking notes over there? You wanna be a hero, too? ... huh?" I turned to him and smiled brightly. "Yes, more than anything."

A little later at school...

"So", the teacher started, "as third-year students it is time to start thinking seriously about your futures and what you wanna do with your lives. I could pass out some career aptitude tests but why bother.I know you all chose the hero path." The pupils sheered and showed off their quirks. "Yeah,yeah, you'vw all got impressive quirk but no power usage allowed in school. So get ahold of yourself." "Hey teach, don't lump me in with these losers. I'm the real deal but theseguys will be lucky to end up as sidekicks to some busted D-lister."an explosive blond boy said. The boys name was Katsuki. The class was arguing about what he said. "Huh, you've got impressive test results. Maybe you will get in U.A.High." The class whispered in disbelief. "And that's the only place worthy of me.", Katsuki said and jumped upon the table, "I aced the mock test. I am the only one in school with a chance getting in. I'll end up more powerfull than AllMight himself. I'll be the richest hero of all kind. People all around the world will know who I am and it all starts with U.A.High!" The teacher looked at the paper in his hand. "Oh yeah, Midoriya. You want to go to U.A. too?",he said not really interested. Katsuki froze for a second. I seemed to sink into the table in shame. katsuki then attacked my table and I flew to the ground. "Listen up, Deku. You are even worse than the rest of these rejects, you quirkless wannabe. What makes you thinking that they let in someone like you when they could have me." "No way. You've got it all wrong. Really!", I freaked out, " I am not trying to compete with you. You got to believe me...It's just being a hero was my dream since I was little. I may not have a quirk but I can try my hardest, can I?" I looked up to Bakugou to see him with a face of hate. "You will never be able to hang with the best of the best." I flinched. "You would die in the exams! Defenseless Deku, the school is already crappy. Do you really want to disgrace it further by failing so hard?"

Somewhere else...

AllMight came out of a store. As soon as he saw a slimy villain he bulked up and chased it.

At school:

I still sat in the classroom finishing up the analysis from that fight before when Katsuki took it out of my hands. "I don't know what you think you are doing, Deku, but we are not done." His friends came in. "What is that? Are you writing a diary or something?" Katsuki held up the note. "Wait. Don't tell me you're taking notes on how to be a hero?! That's so lame." They laughed. " Just give it back",I said desperate. Katsuki made an explosion on the notebook and threw it out the window. "That's so mean...",I whispered. "Most first-class heroes show potential first thing on. People look at them and know they're destined to greatness.When I am the only one of this school that gets into U.A. people will start talking like that about me. They will realize I am legit. That's not ego talking. I just know I am that good." 'Yeah, right....',I thought. "There's a little piece of advice, nerd.",he said burning my uniform with his quirk, "Don't ever think of applying or else..." He made a small explosion in his hands. I sat there scared. "That's just sad. I thought you had at least a bit of fight in you.", one of his friends said and the group left. Only Katsuki turned to him for a second, "If you really want to be a hero there might be another way. Just pray you will be born with a quirk in your next life and take swan dive off the roof of the building." I turned my head quickly ready to retort but got scared of his arrogant grin. " Something wrong?" His grin widened.
