The feeling of worthlessness was floating through her raw blood, was reflecting in her tangled mind, was beating in her desperate soul.

Authors POV

Everything was quiet, just the sound of a pen tip scratching against a piece of paper was echoing through the night. It was one of those nights again. The nights when you were all by yourself drawing and listening to chill music even though everybody else was out with friends or in clubs drinking and having fun. But you weren't that type of girl. In the eyes of everyone else, you were the shy nerd who always sits by herself at lunch, never breaks the rules and rarely talks to anyone You had only one best friend, her name was Cady. But you two slowly faded apart. The reason you still don't know, but it seems like you just weren't the interesting and wild friend she was looking for, so she got rid of you just like a piece of trash. She became the most popular girl in school and it seemed like her loving and caring old self was covered by a mean and selfish new girl who tried to make your life a living hell. She was admired by everybody when you were the complete opposite, you were nobody. You were left alone. All you had was a quiet voice that has been telling you every day for the past 4 years that you shouldn't give up but instead believe in yourself and go one with your life. And that almost undetectable voice was BTS. You found the true meaning of their songs and it felt like every single song was telling you that you are a remarkable and incredible human being and that giving up is useless. That voice was your source in life, that voice believed in you when nobody else did.
