Chapter 7

She just nods and begins talking again.

"Let's do something. Maybe invite some friends over?" Ariana says.

"Uh ya sure" I say.

Ariana calls some people and invites them over, they get here about an hour later.

Ding dong

The door bell rings and Ariana walls over to open the door.

A little group of people walked in. Some of them were familiar but some weren't.

Gilinsky walks in and smiles at me. Then, Sammy walks in.

Really, what the hell man.

"I've got beer in the fridge, so make yourself at home" Ariana says pointing to the kitchen.

I grab her and pull her to me and whisper "who are these other people?"

She points at the three girls and says "Thats Emily, Leigh, and Mallory".

"What about the blondie?" I say pointing at him.

"That's Jack Johnson, it's Gilinsky's best friend." She says.

"They have the same name? What the hell" I say amazed.

Then, Ariana and I walk to the kitchen and grab a beer.

"Where are you parents?" I say to Ariana.

"They're at work, they're never home" she says while taking a drink of her beer.

"Oh" is all I say.

Were all drinking and hanging out in the living room. Were all a little tipsy by now.

Everyone is just chillin. Leigh is all over Jack and it's honestly pissing me off. She gives me such a bad vibe. I need to stop being so jealous. It's not like Jack and I are dating.

"Ugh" I sigh and roll my eyes.

Leigh and Jack start making out. Well okay.

I nudge Ariana and ask "Uh, are Leigh and Jack dating or something?"

"Nah, they used to but not anymore" she says causally.

"Oh" I say and take a drink of my beer.

Sammy scoots closer to me.

"Hey Natalie" he says putting his arm around me.

"Hi" I say.

"You okay?" He asks concerned.

"Mhmm" I say looking down.

He leans in and whispers in my ear "don't lie to me"

I feel shivers down my spine.

I smile at him and whisper back "I'm okay" while placing my hand on his knee.

He smiles back and then Jack interrupts.

"Soooo, are we gonna do something or just sit around like lames all night?" Gilinsky says.

"What are we suppose to do" Johnson says.

"I don't know? Spin the bottle anyone?" Gilinsky says smirking at me.

Ugh he really pisses me off sometimes.

"Yaaaa!" Leigh says while grabbing Gilinsky's face and kisses him.

I glare at Gilinsky, he sees me, and slowly pushes Leigh off of him.

Everyone gets in a circle, Ariana grabs a bottle and places it in the middle.

"I'll go first!" Leigh says excitedly.

Of course.

She spins it and it lands on Sammy. They lean over and start kissing. This goes on for a while and then Ariana finally says something.

"Okay Leigh" Ariana says with an attitude.

Leigh backs up and rolls her eyes at Ariana.

Now it's Sammy's turn. He spins it and it lands on me.

He smiles at me and leans in to kiss me. I kiss back but it didn't feel right. I back up slowly and it's my turn to spin the bottle.

I spin it and it lands on Gilinsky.

He's raising his eyebrows in a seductive way and leans in to kiss me. He grabs my face and begins kissing me, intensely.

We part our lips slowly and sit back down. It's his turn now.

It lands on Emily, she's one of his bestfriend's. They give a friendly kiss and now it's her turn.

We play for a little while more. Then, we get bored and watch a movie.

"Let's watch a scary movie!" Mallory says.

"Ya babe, how about the ward?" Johnson's says.

Everyone agrees and we all lay on the couch. We put on the movie and start watching it. Gilinsky comes and sits next to me.

"Hey babe" he says placing his arm around me.

I ignore him.

"Uh, you okay?" He says raising his eyebrow.

"I don't really like how you're going back and forth from me and Leigh. You're being a dick" I say moving away.

"She's all over me." He says while winking.

"I mean, can you blame her?" Gilinsky says smirking at me.

"Ugh" I sigh and keep my eyes on the tv.

"Natalieeeee" he says while putting his head on my lap looking up at me.

"Leave me alone" I say annoyed.

He's so adorable, just looking up at me with those beautiful brown eyes and that little smile of his.

He makes a sad face.

"Jack stop" I say laughing a little.

He gets serious now.

"Me and Leigh are broken up. And if it really bothers you, I'll tell her to back off" he says grabbing my hand looking up at me.

"Okay" I say blushing a little.

Then, we snuggle up and continue watching the movie.

Well that was a great night with some cool friends. I really enjoyed it, and I hope Jack keeps his word about telling Leigh to back off.
