A cold blood horse, a stalky draft breed. Bast on the Primitive Forest Horse in Europe. The Friesian was used to be used as a harness horse and saddle horse. Used mostly in trotting races. Faster and lighter with using their feet in trotting races. Spectacular paces and endearing temperament. Stands at 15hh and has short strong legs with hard feet and a well muscled body. Has a long head and cheeriness when the Friesian rides.
The Friesian head is highly arched and carries themselves proudly. The mane and tail have a rippling effect. Usually fully black and short shiny coat.
