Mitchell's POV
After I sent her that chat invitation, I didn't expect her to answer. Jason was watching "Rent" on his laptop. I was up texting Eileen.
Mark: Hey
Eileen: Hi, how are you?
Mitchell: I'm fine and yourself.
Eileen: Fine as well.
Mitchell: That's good so what brings you here?
Eileen: I need to make friends now that I'm in college.
Mitchell: that's cool. I'll introduce myself. My name is Mark. I go to University at Albany it's my first year and majoring in digital forensics. You?
Eileen: I'm Eileen. I go to NYU and I'm a first-year too majoring in graphic design.
Jason looked over at me. "You're smiling like a dork Mitch." He laughed. I rolled my eyes. "No, I'm not I'm just talking to this one NYU girl I just met. " I showed him pictures of Eileen. He smiled at me ad playfully nudged me. "Go get her. She seems like a nice girl and like really cute." I just smiled again. In my mind, she was too good to be true.
She could be my new chance at being with someone since Bella dumped me. I gave her everything but she didn't do the same. I decided to put my phone down when it started vibrating and it was Bella. I wanted to reject the call but I didn't. "Hey babe" Her voice was on the line and I couldn't help it. "Hey, Bella it's been a while" I forced a smile. "Heard you were in Albany" She replied. I sat up on my bed. "Yeah so do you want to meet up or something" I face-palmed to myself. "You idiot," I said to myself. "Sounds great" She had cheerfulness in her voice and made it seem as if nothing happened. "Cool I'll see you tomorrow then" I replied. "Can't wait" She giggled and hung up. Justin sat up and looked at me. "You're an idiot" He nudged my arm. I sighed. "Justin you don't get it she's the world to me" I replied.
He looks at my phone. "Then why are you talking to her. You didn't have to reply to her" He then looked at me. I sighed again and face-palmed. "I'm still close with Bella and I just met her. She could be a catfish for all I know." Justin just shrugged. "Your call but she seems legit" He took out his phone and he opened the dating site. His phone immediately started spamming with messages. There were a few girls but I didn't reply to them. I just stared at my conversation with Eileen and thought to myself. I fell asleep at 2:00 am and thought to myself. "I love Bella and I have so much more in common with her than with Eileen." Justin shrugged. "Opposites attract?" He asked. I sighed. Justin didn't fall asleep until 4:00 am. My phone alarm rang at 7:00 am and I got 5 hours of sleep. I checked my schedule and saw that I have my stats class at 8:00 am. I did my bed and quickly got dressed in jeans and a hoodie.
This was going to be a long day.
