I Should Be Lost Without You
I should be lost without you.
But I'm not, and I can still listen to a song and enjoy it as it fills my head with a melody that I will always appreciate.
I should be lost without you.
But I'm not, and I still see the beauty in poetry, and words still find their way to my heart in ways that bring tears to my eyes and endless thoughts to my mind.
I should be lost without you.
But I'm not, and nights are spent sleeping, not crying over what-could-have-been's that can never be.
I should be lost without you.
