Angela, the girl who fought hard to stabilize her life without her parents. She struggled for one year but managed to pull through and now has her own small apartment and works at a restaurant. The pay for some people might not be enough to survive but for Angela is enough. All that matters is she can be fully free, free to do what she wants without her parents nagging. You ask why Angela couldn't wait to move out? She was hiding that she was a lesbian for so long and now finally she can be her true self and search for the one she will spend the rest of her life with.

For another whole year, she tried to find someone but she couldn't. Most of the girls she would found beautiful and interesting, every time she went on their profile they had boyfriends. It made her mad cause in their bio they say they are looking for a woman to spend the rest of their life with but when you scroll to see their posts you see them with their boyfriends. Until one day, Angela came across Sarah.

Angela POV

While on a little break from my work, I decided to not lose hope and still try to see if I can find someone that I can spend the rest of my life with. I'm just so tired of the hiding I did back then with my parents and I just want to find someone to love. It sounds cheesy and even maybe stupid but I guess I'm just desperate.

"Oh?" I say as I come across a woman's profile which says she is looking for someone to spend the rest of her life with and that she was also tired of hiding.

"Did I just found my perfect match?" I thought to myself

"Angela come here!" yells my boss

"I'm coming boss!" I yell as I lock my phone

As I approach my boss I ask "Yes, boss? Is everything alright?"

My boss replies "I was just testing you" and laughs

I ask confused "What do you mean?"

My boss replies "You are really my most hardworking here. I appreciate it. But, don't pressure yourself, I don't want you to end up in a hospital"

I laugh, saying "Boss, I won't. And thank you"

My boss replies "Rest a little bit more and get back to work, okay?

I reply "Yes, boss" with a smile

As soon as my boss leaves, I unlock my phone and send a message to this woman named Sarah.

Angela: hey, i saw you while scrolling and i just want to let you know you are really beautiful and i would love to get to know you, if you are willing to do so, of course.

As soon as I send the message, Sarah replies :
Of course I would love too. And thank you for the compliment, you look beautiful too.

I reply back:
Thank you. So... I don't want to start with how are you and what are you doing, I feel like it's boring to start it that way. But, are you from here? Cause it only says you are just looking for someone to love.

Sarah replies:
Haha sorry about that. I am from here tho. Same as you.

I reply:
That's great.

Sarah replies:
Yeah it is :). How old are you?

I reply:
I am 23, you?

Sarah replies:
Oh my, we are the same age.

I reply:
Oh nice! Um... Are you working anywhere?

Sarah replies:
Oh yeah, I work at a restaurant near yours ;)

I reply:
Wait! Are you serious? Why I haven't seen you then?

Sarah replies:
Maybe because it's always busy in your restaurant.
