Note: being a nice guy does NOT mean you are definitely going to be friend zoned.
Anyhow, this chapter is called the friend zone.
The friend zone is a place of nightmares for girls as well as boys.
There is no easy way out of the friend zone, but there are ways to prevent being friend zoned.
Rules of how NOT to get friend-zoned:
- Don't be too nice. I'm not a hypocrite, there's a difference between being nice and being annoying. You don't want to annoy the person.
- Don't be too desperate. Don't give up your own events to help the person with homework or something. You should put yourself first.
- Don't lose your self. Don't give up on your own likes and dislikes for the person. Everyone likes people with an individual identity.
- Don't be creepy. Do not act like a possessive or clingy stalker. That is DEFINITELY something to get you friend- zoned. Actually the person will be so against you that you won't even be a friend.
- Again with the self identity: speak up. Don't let the person walk over you then they will think of you as not boyfriend/ girlfriend material.
