Kathryn's POV

I'm back!?! I've been gone for 3 weeks! I'm glad to be back in the Philippines! I miss my son so much! I left him here with DJ while I had to work in Paris. I'm with my dad. It's almost thanksgiving and I'm excited!

*at the Airport

"Anak, are you coming by the house tomorrow to meet your brother?"-Dad

My dad is picking up my brother because he won the custody for my brother.

"Umm, I'll stop over for awhile tomorrow, so you could see Nathaniel and we can meet my baby bro."

"Okay."-Dad

I hugged and kissed my dad.

My father and I went out our separate ways. A driver picked him up and Abby is suppose to be here? Where is she?

"Kath! Right here!"-Abby

"It's nice to see you! I missed you so much!"

I hugged her and she hugged me back.
She helped me with my luggage.

"Omg Kath! You're bleeding!"-Abby

What does she mean I'm bleeding!

"What?!?"

"You're nose!"-Abby

Its probably just the hot air.

Abby gave me a Kleenex from her bag. I used that to stop the bleeding.

"By the way, You look good. I love your short and ombré hair. I bet Daniel wouldn't recognize you."-Abby

"I was going for that look."

"Do you want to drop your things at the resort or do you want to go straight to Nathaniel?"-Abby

"Go straight to Nathaniel. I want to get my son! I miss him so much! I've never been away from him for this long."

"Okay."-Abby

We got in the car and she began to drive.

"Did you find your inner self?"-Abby

Wtf is she talking about?

"What?"

I'm so confused.

"Remember? You flew to Paris to take care of some business and find your inner self. You wanted to get away from the drama you and Daniel have. Did you find yourself? You have been away for quite awhile. You didn't miss him or anything?"-Abby

"Oh that. I found my inner self. I mingled with some guys to see how I feel with dating a new person. I don't like it at all. I didn't have fun. My date with other guys, last 6-10 mins. I felt guilty doing that behind Dj's back. I do miss and love him."

"Are you okay with his past and Joyce?"-Abby

"You see I've been thinking about it. I'm okay with it. It hurts that I wasn't his first, but I'm okay with it. He didn't know that he'd fall in love with me. He didn't know that I'm Joyce's cousin. Whatever his past is, I have to accept it if I want to be with him."

It's time to be mature about it.

"I like your answers. I'm proud of you."-Abby

"Thanks. When we get to the house, I'm going to pretend that I am still upset with him."
