"Don't touch your eye!"

She felt her eye-watering. Shoji carefully opened her eye wider. It took a few moments but he got the glass out carefully and threw it on the ground.

"God it still hurts." She cursed touching her eyelashes.

Another piece of glass came close to their pillar and she put her hands over her eyes.

"Yaoyorozu, what is our opponent after?"

"They're probably trying to keep us rooted here."

"And then they'll surround us, huh?"

"That's a good plan," Hana said louder than necessary.

"Kātā don't compliment the enemy!" Jiro yelled at her.

Hana made a face than stopped talking.

"We should probably assume that they're already close by." Momo looked at the door.

"Then we need to fight!" Jiro got up ran towards the door.

"Wait!" Hana yelled.

"We can't move carelessly!" Momo screamed are her.

"Heartbeat Dist-!" Jiro's gloves were broken.

"Are you hurt?" Momo asked.

"They got my amp! And my left ear..."

They knew where to attack her... there's a good chance they know every weakness we have.

A shiver went up Hana's spine.

"Did it get colder?" Shoji asked.

"Now that you mention it, yes..."

They all looked up to see the vents were pushing in cold air. Suddenly doors slammed down on the windows shutting them all inside. Hana began to shake she saw Sui fall to the ground.

They all ran towards her. She pulled on the frog girl's arm. She could barely feel anything.

Momo's wearing less clothes than me. She thought.

If Momo was cold she didn't show it that much.

"Could it be that since the temperature dropped all at once, she's started getting ready for hibernation?" Jiro looked at the sleeping girl.

"That's it. We're getting out of here." Hana grunted and sat up.

She almost fell over but she held her posture. She called for a pine tree. She wanted it to push aggressively against the shielded windows. Then they could all ride the branches safely to the bottom.

No tree came. Instead, a small, small, stick came up from the ground. It shivered and went back down.

"Oh no, you don't!" Hana went to grab the stick but it was quicker.

"Damn it! Nothings growing. It's too cold. None of my plants are used to this temperature I'm so sorry." She rubbed her hands together trying to stay warm.

"Maybe if we make a fire-"

"The smoke would make the sprinklers turn on. We'd be even colder."

Hana hadn't even noticed the sprinklers.

"I want to lay down." She mumbled.

Her eyes were growing heavy.

One of the symptoms of hypothermia is fatigue. She thought drowsy.

"Kātā damn it stay awake!" Jiro shook her body.

"Just a few seconds." Hana touched her friends freezing hand lightly.
