I stood there on the couch, my hands trembling. I was ready for what i was going to tell my parents. Spencer stood at the front of the room and looked at my parents.
"We...have something...to tell you." She said hesitantly.
I slowly walked over and stood next to her.
I took a glance at Spencer before saying it out loud.
"I-...I'm gay...and Spencer and I are...Dating." I say.
My parents look speechless. But then, my mom walks up and hugs me.
"Thank you for being yourself." She says.
"Ella." My dad says.
"What, Byron. Are we just gonna sit there and wait for someone else to say something. We love Aria for being herself and that's what we taught her to do."
He looked away for a second then hugged me tight. "We love you." He said and pulled back.
"We're gonna go set up dinner, okay?" My mom says and walks into the kitchen with my dad. Spencer smirks at me and holds my hand tightly.
Spencer-
I love her. So much. You can't imagine how much i do. Now I know both our families can accept us and we can keep moving forward. I lean in and kiss her, she kissed back passionately. "I love you so much." I say. "I love you too." She replies with.
