The Application

Hi. I'm Dahyun, I used to be a detective assistant. My journey had been pretty wild. I will never forget it. I'm here to tell you about it.

I woke up at 9. "Great! The job interview is in half an hour! And I'm late. Perfect." I muttered to myself.

I rush to get ready. I had been experiencing with a lot of jobs, most of them don't last more than two weeks. But we're not gonna talk about it.

I was expecting to failed the interview since this was a hard job to get. I actually know it from my friend, Mina. She told me that this job was supposed to be "Wonderful!" And "Adventurous". She is also coming with me, to get interviewed. Yickes

I met up with her down the street.

"Dahyun!!! You're late! Now we have to rush!!!" She complain. Typical Mina.

"Yeye whatever." I brush her off.

We arrived at the place 5 minutes before the interview. I have been experienced with close-call. A lot

We sat down and waited. The door open, a lady look about 30 came out.

"Myoui Mina?" She called

"Yes!" Mina stood up excitingly.

"And Kim Dahyun?" The lady continued.

"Yes..." I stood up, not so excitingly.

She leads us to two separate rooms, I said bye to Mina and go in my room. Inside appear what looks like a classroom. A man and a woman was there. The man was "dress up" as a detective, even though he looks more like a more budget homeless guy. [sorry, not sorry]

The lady start saying how this was a crime scene and I have to help the guy finds important clues.

If I have to use one word to describe how I do in there. Superduperhorrible. It's not a word? Who cares.

I came out and sat on the chair, waiting for Mina. About 5 minutes later, she came out. She looks more happy than usual.

On the way home I was 100% expecting to failed. I asked Mina how she do in there and. I regret it. Partly.

She goes on and on about how amazing she did in there.

To be honest. The whole interview was like a riddle for second graders. Expect if you get chosen you have to sign a long ass contrast.

Two weeks pass by, and of course I knew I failed. I wasn't sad since it was kinda expected.

I went to a drink store to buy some... drink of course. I was waiting for my drink until a handsome guy came in. He was tall, skinny buff.

He ordered his drink and sat on a table not so far away from mine. I noticed on his name tag, his name is Lee Min Ho.

Unfortunately I left before him. I don't like him, don't get your hopes up.

I came back to the apartment. To my surprise Mina was there.

"Hey freak!"

"Don't call me that!!!!" She yelled

"What do I called you then? Breaking into my dorm without telling me anything. Not a freak."

"Shut up! I'm here to announce something special."

"What? You and Yang Min is together again?"

[Yang Min is her ex]

"Shut up and let me do the the god damn announcement will you?" She cried.

"Ok ok whatever"

"So I got a mail. I thought you got one too so I came over, take the emergency key that you give me and take the mail."

"Let me guess. You pass the interview and I failed. I know"

She didn't respond. Instead she handed me the letters.

"See them for yourself." She said

I opened the letters and, to my surprise.

I pass the interview, and Mina didn't make it.
