It was just another day in Georgia. Waking up to the sun beaming in your eyes. "Damn I don't feel like getting up." Tyshon said to himself as he yawned. Then looked beside him at his girlfriend Melisa as she still slept. It was 6am and they had to go to school.
"Shon and Melisa get yall asses up. Before I come do it for ya. I made breakfast, yall gone let it get cold." Mama Tareesa shouted.
"Ight ma dang chill out, It must finna be a good day cause you don't never cook." Tyshon shook his head.
Shon started shaking and kissing Melisa. "Baby wake up. We got to get dress."
Shon and Melisa have known each other since they were 2. Then they started dating 8th grade year. Their parents were best friends but things changed over the years. Now they are 18 in 12th grade.
"I'm up I'm up you can stop now" Melisa finally got up going into the bathroom to brush her teeth.
Tyshon got up as well stretching and rearranging his boxers. "these bitches must be shrinking. They All in my ass."
Melisa came out the bathroom then started putting on her clothes and scrunching up her face at Shon. "Naw they not shrinking you need to take a shower wit yo funky ass"
Shon laughed "you wasn't saying that last night"
"Boy bye. I'm bout to leave you" Melisa walked out the room going into the kitchen brushing her hair then grabbing her plate
She kissed mama Reese on the cheek "heyyyy mother in law. This food looks good."
Mama Reese smiled then suddenly looked sad "Hey baby, when you going back home. I know your parents worried bout you. How yo mama doing I haven't heard from her in years. She never response to my messages nor calls anymore."
Melisa rolled her eyes while shaking her head. Tereesa didn't know that Mrs.Bridget was now on crack and her father beat her and her mother every other night. "Mrs.reese she's been going through a lot lately. I'll probably go home tonight to check on them."
"Alright baby yall have a good day at school. Make sure you tell her to call me. I miss hanging wit her like the old days". She gave Melisa a hug as Shon came into the kitchen grabbing his plate.
"Ayeee good morning mama. Have a nice day bye" he gave his mama a hug and kiss then walked out the door with Melisa.
They didn't have a car but thank god their school wasn't to far so everyday they walked.
Hey everyone, I know this was a boring chapter, but this is the first book I've ever wrote, I have always wanted to do it. Now I finally have built up my courage to do it. I haven't quite got all the details together for this story yet so bare with me. I will be coming up with ideas as I go.
