When Steven had arrived at the house, Garnet had made some dinner, while I and Peridot were sitting on the couch. I wasn't that much hungry cause I already had my meal if you know what I mean. *winks* (don't worry I will have some more) So, Spinel and Steven had sat down as Garney had given them a share plate of spegttie. Aww, that's romantic don't you think? Anyway, the Stinel couple had sat down as they had were eating thier dinner. "This is delicous!" Spinel joyed. "But, why do we have do share the same plate?" "Well it's called a couple's plate, b/c we are a couple." Steven answered. "How romantic. Thanks for letting me explore all of your favorite things to do, Steven. I really enjoyed it." "Look's like you two had a great 1st date. Well done, Steven." said Garnet. "Great job, Steven. Im so proud!" I replied. "Oh, isn't this exciting? A half-gem and a gem hyrbrid bonding in deep connections! Oh, how lovely, I never even thought of it happening, but now--" Pearl was cut off by me as I said, "Ok, ok, i bet that thet appreciate the enthusiam from us, but I think that we need let them have their moment now. Don't wanna smother them with our words." I was a little bit embarrased and was blushing b/c of the fact that me and Peridot also have that same type of relationship, only that I'm a different type of hybrid gem, even though Pearl was refering 2 only Steven. She and the other gems don't know about my girlfriend x girlfriend relationship yet. Peridot was blushing as well, as she said, "Y-yeah, it will increase the peer pressure in them and they won't feel c-c-comfortable around us." "Just like for you two?," Amythest popped in from her gem room. "H-hey Amythest. H-how was your day?" I greeted a bit nervously. "It was great, but i bet yours was even greater than mine," she grinned, "Congrats." "Congrats for what?" the other gems questioned all at once. Me and Peridot were blushing really hard, doing nervous gestures. But then I stopped as I spoken in my mind, Its no shame. It will be alright between these gems, as long as any of my family members don't find out. Especially my mom. I had stood up, with Peridot, and faced towards the gems as I sighed, and when i started to open my mouth again, Peridot said, "Wait-", as she know me well enough to always tell the truth, even with a little black-i mean white lie "It's ok. Trust me. There's no reason to be scared anymore. We have no shame. We just have to see if they are happy or sad. Either way it goes, I'll still love you. " I whispered to her. "*clears throat* Me and Peridot *grabs her hand* have taken our very healthy friendship to another level. Our connections we always have made us turn out to have deeper feelings of love for each other. Therefore, we are now girlfriends with each other. And we are both happy that we made this choice. So, whatever you may think about it, you can say it truthfully. We will understand either way." The gems was speechless for only a few seconds, then cheered and clapped, "Yay! Woo!" "Wait,... you're not mad?" Peridot and I asked. "Why would we be mad? As long as the both of you are happy with each other, then we are happy with it too. You both are good people, and very perfect for each other. Your personalities are alike for 2 different gems, and that's what make tshe relationship even stronger. Im happy for you." Pearl explained. "We all are." Garnet added. "But, what makes you think that we're....oh...I see." Steven replied. "Yeah....i....used to get made fun of for liking....girls more than boys. Sometimes, when my mom hears about one of my friends, at school, she thinks that....I was dating them. But I wasn't. And my mother wouldn't let certain siblings sleep with me, b/c she thought...that....i.....*starts to cry*" While I sat back down, I couldn't even bare to even think about what i would say next (because it's true) b/c it was...so hard to deal with. "Blue, what's wrong? What did your mother think that you'll do?," Peridot asked as she placed her hand on mine. "Its ok, you can tell us." "S-she *sniffs*....thought that..I....would...rape them *cries*. I was only 14 when she started thinking that of me. And I would never do such a thing. It's just that....im sooooo atractive and all, that even my own siblings starte to have a crush on me. And i tried to stop them but, i thought that just snitching on them would make my mother only think that i made them do it. As you know my mother is very stubborn."
