Part Twenty Six - Please don't go

You slowly slip in and out of consciousness as you watch the fight happening before your eyes. You watch as your brother Bucky begins shooting at Thanos but it is no use, thanos throws him away from him.

You look over to see Wanda trying to destroy the stone within Visions head only seconds later it finally shatters, killing Vision, you take a small sigh of relief, not from visions death but from the stone being destroyed, it was over now right? Thanos didn't have all the stones, you could still kill him?

But you where wrong, Thanos uses the time stone to retrieve visions stone, brutally killing Vision in the process, leaving Wanda to watch it all helplessly.

Thanos throws Vision, him landing just beside you. You gasp at the sight of him, he eyes where pure white and his whole body had gone grey, his head practically crushed, it was awful.

You look over at Thanos as he places the stone into his gauntlet, sending power souring through his body.

You had lost, the Avengers had lost... for the first time in history... the avengers had lost.

Your eyes blink closed as your weak body cannot keep you awake, you can only hear the events laying out, "you should've gone for the head" you hear Thanos mumble before a blast goes off, causing you to quickly blink your eyes open in shock. You look around and see that Thanos was gone and Thor stood where Thanos was, looking horrified.

"Where'd he go?" Steve asks as you weakly pull yourself up, leaning yourself against a tree. "Thor?" Steve questions looking around him, as if Thanos would pop out from behind a bush. "Where'd he go?" Steve asks again raising his voice this time.

"Steve?" You hear Bucky say from behind you as you quickly turn yourself around to see half of Bucky's arm disappearing and fast.

"BUCKY!!" You scream falling too your knees crawling over to where Bucky once stood, only a pile of dust left. "No, no, no" you cried putting your hands over the dusk. "Bucky no!" You cry, hot tears running down your face, "wh-where'd he go?" You cry, but before anyone could answer you see a cloud of power form around you, the same one that Thanos arrived in.

Suddenly you feel your knees thud on red dirt, the cloud of power slowly vanishing revealing that you had been transported to Titan. "Y/n!" Peter yells running towards you and embracing you in his arms, your tears still falling vigorously.

"Y/n.. what-what happened? Peter asked noticing your tears, "he- he- I-" you begin to say but everyone's attention goes on the girl with antennas who you hadn't met yet, who slowly turns to dust just like Bucky.

You then see the muscly shirtless man turn to dust as well whispering "quill?" Before he completely disappeared. More tears fall down your cheeks as you realised what was happening, you gripped your arms tighter around Peter, hoping that if you where lucky, he wouldn't turn to dust as well.

oh what I would give to be taking calculus at midtown right now.

"Steady Quill" Tony says as he shoots a quick concerned glance at you, "oh man" the man who you assumed was Quill says before disappearing into dust.

"I-I have to check on Mr Stark" Peter mumbles as he quickly kisses you on the forehead before stumbling to his feet, "p-peter" you mumble not wanting him to leave you in case he disappeared too.

"Tony, there was no other way" Doctor Strange Says before he too turns into dust as your cries now turn into small screams, your body now aching from the loss of blood.

"Mr Stark.. y/n.. I don't feel so good" you hear Peter say as he stumbles over to Tony, "I-I don't know- don't know what's happening" he mumbles as he stumbles into Tony's arms "you're alright" Tony says his voice full of shock.

"Peter!" You cry as you make your way over to him, as you catch him from stumbling to the ground placing him on the ground gently as you stumble next to him. "Look at me" you sniffle, trying to calm down, "I-it's okay your going to b-be alright" you say as his hands slowly turn to dust.

"I-I love you" he mumbles which sets you off into a frenzy of tears, "I-I love you too" you mumble as Tony takes Peter from your arms knowing you didn't want to fully watch him fade away.

"I don't want to go Mr Stark- please I don't want to go" Peter cries as Tony clutches onto him not saying much at all.

"I'm sorry" Peter mumbles before his eyes roll to the back of his head and he completely fades away. "No" You cry more and more tears falling down your face, you look over at Tony, him completely looking shocked.

He looks over at you as if to check you hadn't faded too, which in all honesty, right now, you wanted too.

You feel your stomach clutch and the feeling as if all the air in your body had left, you look down at your hand, oh god it's happening, they where fading away.

"T-tony" you mumble as you fall back, the oddest feeling entering your body as Tony ran over to you, his face filled with shock.

"G-god not you t-to" he mumbles a single tear falling from his eye. "I-I'm sorry th-this is all my fault... I ah-shouldn't of-" you practically whisper as you look down at your legs noticing they where gone too.

"sh-shhh I-it's okay" Tony mumbles stroking your hair trying to calm you down.

"y-you did good kid" he says seeming to let out the smallest of smiles another tear slipping from his eye as his face disappears.

a complete ocean of darkness fills the space you had disappeared too.

Feeling yourself slowly slipping into a long effortless almost comforting sleep.

Im personally very sorry if I made you cry, I cried while writing this ah.
