Chapter 37: Can I?

"Okay lang magalit ka para kamukha ko yung inaanak ko. Hehehe" Ella

"IN your dreams." Dennise

"Let's go. Baka iniintay na nila tayo don." Deanna

We go down from the basement parking and get inside the car.

Ate Ly's the driver while Ate Den was on the shotgun and the three of us at the back.

I can sense that Ate Jia is not on her well being tonight. Ate Ly start  her car's engine and drive our way to the De Leon's.

I don't feel so good tonight. There are a lot of feelings, I don't know what to feel.

Everything seems weird. I'm nervous as hell. As soon as Ate Ly started to drive hindi na ako mapakali.

But there something odd about Deanna, she looks so the opposite of what I am feeling.

An hour drive because Saturday night also sucks.

We found ourselves in front of the mansion.

Yes mansion ganon kayaman sina Bea.

A lady opened the gate and it was Bianca.

"Hi guys, right on time. Magsisimula na ang party." Bianca

"Few people lang ha." Dennise

"Ah yeah, mostly immediate family member lang ininvite and also kayo." Bianca

"What's the celebration ba Bianca?" Jia

"It's a celebration of our comeback? Ahahaha" Loel

It was Kuya Loel, we hug him as soon as we get inside. We saw Tita Det and Tito Elmer was waiting din for us. Maybe this is just a simple dinner. Sayang naman wala yung ibang girls dito and syempre si Bea.

We gathered at the living room. Tito Elmer giving us wine, because we're currently waiting for someone.

"Congratulations Alyssa and Dennise, finally there's a child na diyan. Magiging apo ko din yan hahahaha." Tita Det

"Yes naman po Tita hahaha." Alyssa

I saw Kuya Loel, went upstairs.

"May I have your attention please? As you know we are celebrating today cause we got back from Paris. Hopefully we'll stay here na for good. Things had been messy for the past years. And I know this night will blow your mind. But may I remind you that what will happen tonight. We'll just stay here? I need your compliance about  this. It's for her safety." Tito Elmer

"Her? What do you mean Tito, what's going on." Jia

"Ahmm mga ate you need to calm down, let's just seat here and wait." Deanna

"Wait for what?" Ella

"Patience Donya." Deanna

"You are beating the curiousity out of myself." Alyssa

"Girls, just promise us, you won't tell anyone." Tita Det

All of us agreed. I'm having a bad feeling about this.

And as I was lost with my own thoughts. There's a human figure going down from the stair with Kuya Loel.

We can't really see the person's face because of the dim light.

And the next thing I knew as soon as they got down.

It can't be, i felt a drop of water on my clothes, and now my tears won't stop.
