A swirling black abyss
Pulling me in further
The thunder and lighting
Leaving me lightheaded
I tiptoe around the eye
Careful of the growing hole
No matter how much I try to shrink it
It only grows larger
Every breath is ragged
My heart beats too fast
I'm trying to keep running
Without falling in
Nobody knows why it grows
This cavernous abyss
The one thing they know
Is there's no bottom to it
So my graceful jumps
Across crumbling land
Leave me lightheaded
From the fear of falling in
