What happened next would please even Unicron the chaos Bringer (if he hadn't had his head blown off and body destroyed by Rodimus). As First Aid , Springer and Charon ran down the corridor, they heard an energon curdling scream, and as they entered Rodimus's personal quarters, they were met by the sight of two unknown mechs working to bring Rodimus online and Arcee being comforted by a mystery mech and there was two other mechs in the room that they didn't even recognise, in fact they didn't even recognise Optimus (all the bots were in their Bay verse forms with the exception of Prowl and Wheeljack (who can retract his battle mask like in Transformers Prime).

Springer stepped forward and said "WHAT THE FRAG IS GOING ON!"

Prowl Glared at him and said "Language!"(Yes I  went Captain America there, couldn't help myself).

 Moments later a wrench went flying through the air hitting Springer on the head. he wobbled and then fell on his aft , Charon growled and the strange mech said "shut up, trying to get your commander back online!".

Charon stopped growling and scanned Rodimus. she looked at Springer and First Aid and said "He has had a Spark Attack and his pump has failed but I can see that this mech knows what to do, as he is about to administer a solution to help restart things. I will help move him to the med bay. I would sedate the femme as she is highly distressed, First Aid."

Ratchet looked at the Predacon femme and said thank you, Then Turned to First Aid and said "hello Aid ,You look a bit Puzzled".

"This isn't possible! I scanned everyone who was on the shuttle that day, their sparks were all gone offline, Who are You?"

Ratchet looked at First Aid and said "Its me Ratchet, I'm back and I feel much better knowing I'm back home and this mech beside me is Wheeljack , Ah, got him back, little bugger was always giving me trouble!"

First Aid couldn't believe it and said" Ok! We need to get Prime back to the med bay immediately and I've sent a message to Ultra Magnus about our mystery guests as he is acting commander for the moment, he wants to meet with you all, but first I have another patient to see too!".

He walked over to where Arcee was still being held by Optimus and gave her the sedative which put her to sleep very quickly, he said "I hate having to do that to a strong Femme but she was too upset, I believe that she was present when Rodimus shutdown and offlined , then with you all appearing it trigged her hysterics."

 he looked at Ironhide and said "Could you pick up Arcee and bring her down to my med bay, I can put her on the berth next to Rodimus . Also I need to send a data pad to Elita who is in the garden again with Chromia."

I'm going to add a new bit to the title because I've think that the story has changed a bit since I started writing it and the new title is right for it.  The new part is  I Come Alive
