Do you ever eat and eat and eat but still feel hungry after you're full? There is much, much more then just protein, calcium, fruits and veggies, water, bread, and dairy. Oh, so much more. I had to figure out that one out the hard way. Right now I am kind of struggling and really hungry. It's been that way lately, even though I've been eating nonstop. I've researched the vitamins and minerals I need. I swear! I ate 2 large bowls of yogurt [dairy], 2 glasses of milk[calcium], 1 bowl of blueberries[fiber], an apple[also fiber], I had a bowl of whole grain cereal, I had some meat and sausage roll, I had a broccoli roll, a bowl of eggs... I even resorted to junk snacks such as oreos! Nothing seems to work! This is only the morning. It's the afternoon and I'm ravenous. I don't suspect I'm in a growth spurt, except my metabolism usually is fast, but not to that extent! I don't feel any taller, however, Mom, Grandma, and my Aunt Pat all said I grew an inch or two. Adults aren't the experts just 'cuz they're adults. To be fair, some adults act like children. [Particularly the dudes. OUCH!] I'm still left trying to figure out this dilemma. I'm gonna keep track of the vitamins I did have and see if I can try to get some more of the vitamins I didn't have. I'm gonna try yogurt again, because that made me feel full[er] the first time.
