The gun dropped from Ari's hand and we stared at Eli's dead body.

"What the fuck happened?" I asked

She looked at me then back at him

"He- He had been putting his hands in me Kay. I didn't know what the hell to do because I knew that if I shit this Nigga it would never rest, he's a coach, a trainer, a damn son to a big ass family.. I couldn't tell Trey and then because I felt like it would jeopardize the baby who's literally finna pop any minute, and we got into an argument so he ended up pulling out his gun on me, so I had to pull mine out and I shot him, no hesitation" Ari explained

"Ari you could've been said something what the fuck, you could've told anybody, you could've told Brian the truth when he asked you and this nigga would've been taken care of!" I sighed

"Yo Kay, are you not getting how much shit this is going to cause, his brothers... they're..."

"They're what Ari?" I asked

"They're apart of Black, GD" she said and I looked at her like she was crazy

"Wait a fucking minute, do you know that that gang is the damn gang that fucking kidnapped me and my nephew Ari? What is wrong with you seriously ?" I asked and she sighed

"he wasn't apart of it, he had nothing to do with it at all that's why I fucked with him, if I would've knew that he-.... I'm sorry" she just sighed

Rolling my eyes and shaking my head I got out my phone to call Brian.

"It's not a conversation for the one just get over here" I told him before hanging up

"I'll be back ima go check on Kaliya" I said sighing and walking out the room.

Once I got downstairs to her she was on FaceTime laying down on the couch.

"who you on the phone with ?" I asked and she looked at me.

"Somebody, what happened yo there?" She asked

"Something bad don't go up there, but you good are you hungry or anything?" I asked her and she shook her head

"Ight well it's a extra room back there if you wanna go get in there, Brian's nosey ass is coming" I warned her and she nodded before getting up

After a while of explaining everything to Brian he had already put his body in a body bag and called the clean up crew to come get it.

I've never actually seen the clean up crew get bodys and clean up and shit it's so simple. They just park right on the back door and put the body in so you can't see it from outside and they cleaned up all the blood making sure there was no sign of it.

Brian wasn't even talking, he was just getting rid of any evidence looking pissed

Ari-

"Brian" I called out and he ignored me.

Kay sighed "I'll be downstairs" she said before leaving

"Nah You straight I'm finna leave anyways" Brian said but Kay left anyways and I grabbed his arm

"I'm sorry ight?" She said and I shook my head

"You big and buff but you let a random nigga out his hands on you Ari?" He asked

"I didn't wanna start shit, everything had calmed down with the gang shit" I said and he smacked his teeth

"You lied, if you would've told the fucking truth then this shit would've all been over, you're PREGNANT Ari, you can't be letting shit like this slide, I'm sorry to admit but you been acting like a lil bitch lately" Brian said and I can't get mad at him either because he's telling the truth. Me out of all people is the least expected to let a nigga put they hands on me now that I'm thinking back on it.
