As the peace was reigning undisturbed everywhere, in and outside the institute, someone thought that wasn't it.
«Unnie! Unnie wake up! It's my birthday wake up!» the loud voice of Lalisa resonated in the whole room, lucky for her, the school made the rooms soundproof «Shut up Lalisa! It's still early...» scolded Jisoo hiding her head under her pillow which was quickly thrown away by the younger «It's my birthday unnie! Wake up!» Jisoo groaned «I know it's your birthday, but it doesn't mean you have to make such noise!» «I'm 13!! Which means one step closer to my 18 and freedom!! Just 5 more years!! Happy birthday to me!!» yelled Lisa jumping on the bed «Okay I'm up, I'm up. Gosh after all you are a kid uh?» the dark haired teenager sat up stretching, looking at her excited roommate, big smile, sparkling eyes, her cheeks looking even chubbier.
Cute.
She thought, then she opened her arms wanting to give the younger an hug and though Lisa was shocked, just like a happy little puppy she threw herself in it and hugged her back as Jisoo said «Happy birthday Lalisa.» «Thanks unnie!»
Jisoo wanted to pull apart, but the younger seemed too lost into it, to realize the time that was passing, why was Lisa still hugging her? They weren't that close after all.
«Khm, Lalisa... Can you let me go?» she looked down at Lisa and gasped in seeing some tears «Ya! Lisa, what's wrong? Why are you crying?» Lisa suddenly pushed away and stood up, quickly drying her tears «Nothing. I-I wasn't crying.» Jisoo also stood up «Yes you were!» «No! I wasn't!!» she debated back and just like a blessing from heaven to stop the two from fighting, Irene and Jennie barged in the room exclaiming «Happy birthday Laliiii!!!» Irene run to her hugging her, it was so sudden that the two fell on the bed, both laughing as Irene kissed all the younger face «My baby is slowly growing in front of my eyes. Owe I feel like a proud mother.» Jennie asked «For real, you two aren't dating?» Irene moved as Lisa sat up and looked down embarrassed, Jennie exclaiming «Holy shit! You are! Finally after two years!! Since when?» Irene said «Last week.» Lisa giggled «She asked me... It was so sweet...» Jennie said crossing her arms «Woah, I can't believe Lisa is in a stable relationship before me. I really gotta step up my game.» Lisa chuckled «You just need to move on from Kai and MY BROTHER!! Then you'll be good to go.» «Listen bitch» started Jennie as the two best friends started their daily arguing.
Jisoo in the meantime was just there observing her roommate, how she looked completely normal, just a young girl, spending time with friends, having a relationship, fighting with her best friend. She then glanced at Irene, she was just looking adoringly at her young girlfriend, caressing her thigh affectionately and chuckling at the two childishness, it was clear that she loved the younger. She looked at her as if she was someone to protect from the world and take care of cause she was too fragile. Which isn't something you would link to the blonde.
In the past days, Lalisa has been really nice with her, except for some outburst, she still kept ending in troubles sure, but no matter how she looked at the younger and thought about the rumors, she really didn't see what was bad in her. Chaeyoung after tasting the trill of breaking the rules decided to join Jennie to go to the couple birthday party. Though just as Jisoo adviced her she was careful not to get too entangled with the two, especially Lisa who seemed the worst. Yet, for as bad Lisa could look like, Jisoo really, really saw just a normal girl, no matter what the rumors were saying and what she was warned about.
