Steps in the Form :

~ You have 3 blanks to answer po. (Username , Priorities ,and Story/Stories).

~ May nakalagay na Draw Date doon sa taas at kung kailan ang deadline ng form.

~May Target Members. Meaning yun ang quota natin.

Ex . Target members - 20-30

We need to reach at least 20 participants bago magproceed.

~Raffle Type

~Prizes are usually given kinabukasan kung kailan nag-draw.

~16 winners ang nananalo every draw. But dont worry sa mga di mabubunot, dahil automatic na may consolation prize ka.
