Chapter 4 The Journey

Ken suddenly sat up, panting slightly from the weird deformed smile. He knew it was a dream but he felt a slight chill in his spine. He looked around and found it to be morning, it seems like he was the first one to some up. He started waking the others up as he gets his stuff.

"Good morning Ken!"

Kassy greeted, sitting up as she found Ken to be awake.

"Man didn't expect you of all people to be the first one to wake up"

Kassy commented as she was stretching, she then started to fix her hair but found a few bugs attempting to lay nests there. Kassy's eyes widened as she started thrashing her hands through her hair, her eyes widened as she attempted to shake the bugs out of her hair as she lets out a screech

"Ewewewewewew, alright come on guys we're leaving!"

Kassy screamed to the remaining sleeping brothers as she sat up and finished cleaning the bugs out of her hair. She seemed extremely eager to leave to avoid any more bugs on any part of her body.

The sleeping brothers groan as they slowly sit up, Kai lets out a sigh as he looked over at Kassy.

"We've slept in a wooden cabin, how can you still not handle bugs getting on you?"

Kai questioned Kassy as she responded with a pout and throwing a small metal tin that had her food at Kai's head.

"Just get ready before I grab a hug and shove it in your mouth!"

Kassy threatened the boys as they all nodded, rolling their eyes as they get ready. A few minutes later, they all are prepared and ready to go. The 8 continued their journey to the kingdom.

It's a few hours and their amount of water is starting to get low, the siblings look at each other in worry.

"Guys, are you sure Po'Tchari was accurate about his directions?"

Arthur seemed to be doubting the directions, but then Ken looked back at him.

"I-I'm sure his directions were accurate, if we just keep walking i know we can find it!"

Ken was hesitant but he wanted to believe Po'Tchari even though it seemed that hope is lost but it didn't seem to convince Arthur.

"Hey look I see something far ahead!"

Kody yelled out that caught Ken's attention, he turned around to see a small cargo ship in the distance. The siblings gasp as they ran towards the ship, it took less than an mile until they reach the ship.

"I have been wondering something, why is there a ship here that's coincidentally waiting for us?"

Arthur seemed skeptical but the siblings just move past him and get inside the ship.

"I gotta admit it is strange, but come on once we see him again we'll see him"

Ken then took a minute as he sat at the front seat, accompanied by Kai as they both look at the ship's controls.

"Do any of you guys coincidentally know how to ride a ship?"

Ken looked back as the others sat at the back, all of them giving them a shrug. Kai kept looking at the controls then pointed at a green button.

"Green is good right?"

Kai pushed the button as Ken almost jumped off his seat, expecting the ship to explode but suddenly the words "Auto Pilot On" appeared on the screen as the ship lifted itself, causing the people in it to almost fall.

"Auto...Pilot....On?"

Kai read the words as the ship suddenly starts flying above the barren ground. This is the first time the siblings are riding in a vehicle and something that flies nevertheless.

Some of the siblings seem to be uncomfortable of the ship ride as the other majority seem to do their own things to pass the time. An hour later, most of the siblings fallen asleep until the ship suddenly started talking with a robotic tone

"We have arrived to the Western Kingdom"

The robotic voice causing the napping siblings to wake up. They look out of the window and gasped at the sight, multiple buildings small and tall each with unique coloring. The most unique aspect it the gigantic tower in the middle of the town, multiple floating magical rings of different shapes surrounding the tower. Surrounding the entire city is a circular wall with multiple entry points that are heavily guarded.

Suddenly the ship descends to the ground in front of one of the entry points but suddenly multiple soldiers with guns run out of the entrance, all of them aiming at the ship.

From the crowed of soldiers, a tall blond haired male that seem around his 20s walked out of the crowd.

"Unknown cargo ship! We see 8 heat signatures inside that ship, show yourself!"

The stranger commanded as the siblings looked out of the window, they never faced humans with guns before. They didn't expect their interaction with the Western Kingdom to be like this!
